Holiday rentals with beach access in Spittal an der Drau District

In the heart of the mountains, this apartment offers a warm and quiet refuge from the endless expanse of snow and ice. The view is stunning, stretching beyond comprehension, a reminder of nature’s vast, silent presence. Inside, the space is dry, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—especially the kitchen, which holds everything one might need after a day spent carving through the frozen landscape. The hosts, kind and welcoming, even conjured a fire one night, inviting us to gather around, roasting marshmallows beneath the indifferent stars. For the children, toys and games provided small joys and family time. Shops were close by, offering the comforts of civilisation. By day, we threw ourselves down the mountains, surrendering to speed and gravity. By night, we returned here—warm, safe, and at peace. A perfect base for adventure and escape.

The Accommodation was exactly as expected and has a room for storing ski and snowboard equipment which i didnt know from the photos it has a boot warmer and plenty of room for anything ekse you dont want to keep in the apartment, the apartment was spotless and very warm and shower was great and always had hot water. Parking was plenty for all the apartments the driveway entrance was a bit steep and narrow up to the apartment but easy enough even for a large car. the view of the lake is fantastic and you can easily walk to nearby restaurants and cafes, we walked up to the Wasserfall restaurant one evening and the Lady that runs it was very welcoming and the pizzas were great. I would definitely come back to this apartment. the only thing that's missing is a lounge area but apart from that, it was great for our family of 4..

A very nice and well equipped apartment with a fantastic view of the lake. The hosts are very warm and very accommodating. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant belonging to the apartments very much. It was a very successful stay.

Wilfred met us when checking in. He was very helpful. Helped with a lot of suggestions. We even managed a trip down to Slovenia and Italy, with Wilfred's tips. Apartment was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. Beautiful! We achieved our planned day trips successfully. Thank you again Wilfred for the warm hospitality. We were in Millstatt for an event. The space was ideally suited for this.

We had a wonderful time in Franz's place. The window to the lake is perfect. A great place that is well equipped with beautiful views of Lake Weißensee. Franz responds to messages in no time. We highly recommend the place and Franz as a host!

The apartment is very big, has a large kitchen and a balcony with an amazing view over the lake. The private beach access is also very nice, and there were even SUPs that we could use for free! The house is right next to the street, and the windows are old and not very soundproof so there was quite some noise at night from cars driving by. Other than that everything was perfect, especially the bed is super cozy!

The house is wonderfully quiet and was exactly what we were hoping for – if not more! Especially the direct lake access with the SUPs was a real highlight. The house itself is spacious, very clean and cozy – you immediately feel at home. Norbert was a great host: helpful, friendly and always responded quickly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back! 😊

We stayed there one night and were very warmly welcomed. The room was super clean and the view from the spacious balcony was magnificent. The breakfast was delicious👍, will be happy to come back.

It was a new and clean apartment, fit 6 people really well and was near most hotspots. great place!

Quirky and charming penthouse flat..lots of room to eat and hang out. very central and yet quiet and calm.

Eva was very nice and flexible with check-in and checkout. Communication was perfect, Eva spoke to us in English and Hungarian! Accommodation was clean, tidy, and warm in the room in the winter.

We stayed with 6 adults and 2 children. The house has a beautiful view of Lake Millstätter, which can be enjoyed from the large terrace. The facility of the house left nothing to be desired. The kitchen in particular was superbly equipped. Towels etc. were also more than enough. Basically, the rooms are very stylishly furnished. You feel right at home. Unfortunately(!) we were only passing through here for two nights. We would have loved to have stayed much longer at this place. Thanks to Margot and Stefan - two very nice hosts :)

Extremely welcoming hosts, a large and spacious suite, super-scented white linens, and beds are too comfortable.
