Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, and restaurants and mini markets open all year around. 180 degree sea view even from inside. And more views even from the hydro-massage tub in the terrace bathroom. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach. Open fireplace between living and bedroom. Two sunshade and four chaises in the beach in front of the complex. Two underground parking lots. Swimming pools and SPAs are accessible in few tens of meters distance. Waiter can bring orders in the veranda. One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that. In the night, turning off all the lights, one can experience star watching, like in no other place, due to transparency of the air.

We have just returned from the most relaxing 10 day stay at this beautiful apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean , perfect for the 2 of us . The washing machine was really handy to wash bath towels and beach towels especially. The view of the sunset from the balcony was unbelievable, the most beautiful colours in the sky . I would never get tired of that view. We were after a chilled holiday and that is what we got , every day at the beautiful beach , swimming in the warm sea . Comfortable beach beds were around 4 euro. Food and drink in restaurants really reasonable priced . The hosts for this apartment were so helpful always responding immediately. They arranged our taxis to and from the airport and we were allowed a late check out which was really appreciated . Amazing stay , amazing views ! Gutted to be home.

We spent a week in Idlir's apartment. The contact with Idlir and his wife went smoothly and without complications. We arrived at 11:30 pm and were personally and warmly welcomed. The hosts were very accessible and accommodating. The highlight of the apartment was the direct beach location and the direct breathtaking sea view. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. After a very relaxing week, we can highly recommend the apartment!

It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. The beach and the sea is great for swimming and they are located right outside the apartment. There are so many nice restaurants in the promenade, and one would never go short of choices. The area is family oriented safe. There is very limited space in the street for parking. So, it is a plus that the apartment has a parking garage. However, one has to be a very skilled and confident driver to take the car down the steep entrance and take it out. The help of another person is needed when taking out the car from the car park to ensure that the road is free of any traffic. Overall, it is a great apartment. We had a good time enjoying the sea, the lovely restaurants and the comfortable apartment.

Very cozy cottage with a direct location on the beach. The pool is not heated, which you should keep in mind if you don't want to vacation there in high summer. The beach was right outside the front door and the sound of the sea through the windows. Some restaurants and bars are in walking distance. If you are traveling with small children, you have to be careful as the stairs have no railings. We were there in early April and the neighboring house next to the pool is currently a construction site, so there was some noise during the day. The house has outdoor furniture for the pool area and for the roof terrace. Check-in was easy and the host was always easy to reach, and help was quick to take care of any issues.

Absolutely recommended! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, making our stay not only comfortable but also extremely welcoming. The location is simply unparalleled: immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of the waterfront, with bars and restaurants within walking distance, we were able to fully enjoy the local vibrancy without sacrificing the tranquility of our accommodation. One of the pearls of this place is definitely the opportunity to organize outdoor grills. The property has a fully equipped grill. And for sea lovers, the local fisherman sells fresh fish. Convenient mini market within a 2-minute walk, where we found everything we needed for our stay. In case of emergencies or need of extra cleaning, there has always been the availability of a cleaning woman ready to assist. A warm and welcoming environment, for an authentic and relaxing vacation
