A pleasant apartment located in a villa in the countryside of Terracina, great for those who travel by car as it has outdoor space and is close to places such as Terracina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Fossanova all reachable in less than halfanhour. The apartment is comfortable and cozy and has all the necessary services, if visited in a cold season, I only recommend bringing a few extra blankets. The hosts Diego and Barbara are very kind and receptive to every request and message sent, even though we did not meet them, we were able to communicate through messages on the app. Recommended especially for families or couples who want to drive around the area or relax in a quiet place.

I really appreciated the tranquility of the place and the relaxing atmosphere that you can feel as soon as you enter. It's the perfect place to get away from the daily routine. Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

We had agreed great stay despite the intense heat! The place is well kitted out and has a ridiculously beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great too being only a few minutes drive to places to eat and drink.

This beautiful cottage offers a perfect combination of peace and comfort. Surrounded by an idyllic pine forest, it has a large garden that invites you to relax. The nearby, gently sloping beach is ideal for families with children and offers numerous sports facilities such as kite surfing and windsurfing. Well-equipped Lido's provide extra beach comfort. The spacious house convinces with very good facilities, fast internet and a high level of security. The communication with the landlady was very pleasant and quick – she was always helpful. The peaceful surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal retreat for families looking for relaxation and fun.

We were by car and were sent through all kinds of narrow streets by Google maps. In retrospect, this turned out to be wrong. Never just follow the indicated route in Segni, but first explore it yourself. It turned out afterwards that we could get to the accommodation much more easily.

We had a really good time, the house was very cozy, then there were two bathrooms so that everyone had the opportunity to have their own time, a wonderful garden where you could spend the whole day, to relax or even have a nice chat in the cool. Each room was tidy and very clean. Giulia was also very good at giving directions. In a nutshell, it's really nice, it's like feeling at home.

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

Valerio was very kind from his first contact. Really responsive to every request and very friendly. Great apartment and very well finished. The exterior is really nice for dinner or breakfast. To enjoy the sea of Sperlonga, it is definitely a great solution.

We spent a day in the structure of Domenico and we had a really good time, an ideal place if you want to escape the chaos of the city and relax in a comfortable hot tub... friendly and very kind owner, who recommended many places to eat and showed us the structure in the best way, treating us with a unique kindness. In addition, the apartment was impeccable both on the cleanliness and decor side, a beautiful experience...we will definitely be back

I was so happy with this apartment. It is so safe and secure which I loved because I was alone. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone that comes to Frosinone. There are amenities down the street and restaurants, but I loved having a car and driving around. Alessia and her husband are very helpful and always available. They also checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. I am so happy I found this place 💗🇨🇦

From the moment of booking to the end, Giacomo was always communicative and helpful, providing recommendations, being flexible with check-in (we were late 😅), and even sourcing an adapter for UK-EU for us mid-stay. Giacomo provided a warm welcome, and even groceries (fresh fruits, coffee for the coffee machine, bread, eggs, milk, jam, butter, fruit juice...!) so that we didn't have to source breakfast! Giacomo's flat was beautiful, lovely and clean, and clearly cared for. He also let us use his netflix (which, a couple of times, we did 😁). Lastly, the parking arrangement if you have a car is also super! We strongly recommend staying here👍 thanks Giacomo - it was a treat! 👌

Friendly and helpful staff. The owner Aldo is very nice and considerate. The accommodation is a gem, with small and well-organized spaces. We felt well received and we will definitely try this experience again.
