Morgan’s place was perfect! We loved the Jack & Jill bathroom and appreciated having plenty of towels & linens. Parking was easy and the location was walkable to restaurants and shopping. We had a great stay and look forward to returning when we travel to TC again.

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

We had a great time, definitely a cozy stay, enjoyed the paddleboat, our kids lived being on the lake as well. we recommend this guest suite and look forward to staying again!

We loved our stay at jeffrey’s place! From the pictures, we were expecting it to be great but it exceeded our high expectations! The location is perfect for exploring traverse city. The decor is elevated and the space was more than sufficient for our group of 5. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds felt high-end. It’s not often when all bedrooms have a king bed! We were thrilled. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Andrew's and didn't want to leave. It was very clean, easy to check in, and exactly what we needed after spending the day at Sleeping Bear Dunes. The continental breakfast that was available was one of the best parts and it really made it easy for us to relax the night before and not worry about breakfast. We definitely want to come back and stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check in was flawless and smooth, just as the directions clearly explained. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. The only complaint I'd make is minor and that is that there are only 4 parking spots behind the condo so all but one night we had to pay $20 for the parking garage next to the condo. Luckily the parking garage is so close that this wasn't a problem but did add cost to our rental that we weren't expecting. But, overall we really like this condo and this location! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

The apartment is really nice-great kitchen and comfy beds. The WiFi and TV reception are spotty but we were there to mostly be outside anyway. Camille is very responsive and we would definitely stay here again. Very close to many wineries, cute towns, cities, and beaches. The color of the trees was the prettiest I have ever seen.

Perfect location and a wonderful host! Far enough away from downtown for privacy, but close enough where it’s easy to get to everything (downtown Traverse City, Old Mission wineries, etc) also there’s a very nice walking path in the back, which is a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this beautiful house! It's even better in person than the photos - and the photos are pretty great! Perfect location - peaceful and secluded but not far from anything. Melissa was amazing and communicated quickly when any question arose - we were able to check in early and check out late which was an awesome benefit with wine in the car! The amenities are perfection: such a well-stocked kitchen and a pristinely clean bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and the character throughout this lovely old granary really made it a stand out. The location is central to many wineries, breweries and great restaurants - we never felt far from anything but it was so quiet and peaceful to be surrounded by fields and so much green! The hot tub was an amazing bonus and we used it on an unexpectedly cold May night. Suffice to say, we will, without a doubt, be making a return visit to this wonderful place. - Lisa & Dave, Sawyer, MI

It checks every box: super clean, incredibly comfortable, and convenient - perfect location close to downtown Traverse City and just a short drive to so many great local adventures. Erin is an exceptional host. Thoughtful, responsive, and full of helpful recommendations. You can truly feel how much she cares about both the home and her guests. This was our second stay here, and it definitely won’t be our last!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

We loved our stay at the Hoxie Homestead. The location was central to all of northern Michigan’s cute towns and beaches. The property was clean and well laid-out. Loved the decor, and the master bed was super comfy and soft. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. We would certainly stay again.

Wonderful stay here! Host was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. All amenities worked perfectly as advertised. In a great location off the Main Street in and out of traverse, getting where we needed to was very easy. Perfectly priced and very affordable for the weekend.

Where do I start… this was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our fur baby. The house was exactly as described and is placed in the most peaceful neighborhood - while also being minutes away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Ramy is the most wonderful host; answering all our questions and suggesting some great local spots as well. We felt immediately at ease and truly could enjoy our vacation thanks to Ramy and this perfect lil home. We hope to be back next time we visit Traverse City! ☺️

Great spot to stay!! - Love the check-in system you have with the keys. No relying on batteries! - The condo was quite lovely for the four of us. Plenty of room. - Host went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay - providing toiletries, noise machine, etc. Incredibly thoughtful. - Check out/clean up requests were completely reasonable. Great place to stay!! Would definitely stay again on our next trip up!

The place is small but was plenty of enough space for the two of us. Location was okay, it was close to things but the area is a bit sketchy. The place was clean when we arrived and the host kept good communication. My only issue was the lack of amenities. There was nothing in the fridge (no condiments, or butter) or much in the pantry. other than that, it was a good stay.

We LOVE the location of Lisa’s condo! We enjoyed walking to many fine restaurants (The Omelette Shoppe, Archie’s Social House and Poppycocks to name a few) and shops downtown!! A short drive to Glen Arbor, Charlevoix, and Petoskey! About Lisa’s condo… it’s an ideal home away from home! Loved all the thoughtful touches throughout! We liked the convenience of having a washer & dryer as well!!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect and the accommodations made our young family feel at home. Just about everything was walkable, including Clinch Park, and the parking garage and path to the condo was stroller friendly. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Natalia clearly has paid attention to every detail to make the stay relaxing and comfortable.

Our little family had a great time at Laurie’s place! As the saying goes, “Location, location, location!” We were in town for a specific purpose, but this would’ve been a great spot to launch downtown adventures from or to check out the West Bay beach area more. Laurie had clear check-in communication, her place was really clean, and it had all the amenities we needed for a quick family weekend in town.

We had a great time during our visit to Traverse City and Jennifer’s condo at the Capri was perfect for our stay - close to Front Street and some our favorite places like Firefly, Rare Bird and The Parlor. Highly recommend!

Our stay was relaxing and exactly what we needed. The walk to the water was short and easy, giving us great views of the sunset.
