Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! The house is absolutely lovely , super comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, which made cooking a pleasure. The location is perfect, just a short walk to a stunning beach, with a market and great restaurants nearby. And Arduino is truly an outstanding host! He gave us the best local tips for beaches, restaurants, and bars, and was always quick and easy to communicate with. I already can't wait to come back to Arduino’s place

Villa immersa in un resort meraviglioso, dove tranquillità e pace la fanno da padrone. I proprietari, e Simona che si occupa dell'hospitality, sono amichevoli e ti fanno sentire come a casa tua. Una recensione da 5 stelle e le foto dell'annuncio non sono sufficienti a descrivere la bellezza di questo posto. Altamente raccomandato, ospitalità di ALTISSIMO livello. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Superbe maison avec un très bel environnement. Une expérience à vivre une fois dans sa vie ! Nous avons eu des problèmes d'électricité et de WiFi (indépendant de Valentine) et le manager Danièle a été extrêmement réactif, prévenant, amical et clair ; je ne peux qu'être élogieux de Danièle malgré le problème passager. Un grand merci pour ce bon moment passé en famille de ce joli cocon !

Perfect gelegen op wandelafstand van zowel St.Catherina als van Santa Maria Al Bagno. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen veel tips. De accomodatie is kraaknet en heeft alles wat je kan wensen. Zo is er oog voor detail, zoals een goede haardroger, wc papier, koffie en kruiden en kwalitatieve shampoo. Wij vonden het geslaagd, bedankt en als we in de buurt zijn komen we terug. Ciao! Klare Empfehlung – Massimos Villa ist ganz wunderbar. Sehr gut gelegen, gut ausgestattet und mit einer wirklich gemütlichen Terrasse im Pinienduft. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Massimo war prima; er ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Seine Mutter, die nebenan wohnt, ist ebenfalls eine sehr nette, herzliche ältere Dame. Das Auto ist sicher abgestellt. Zu Fuß kommt man innerhalb weniger Minuten an schöne Strände.
