Our beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment is located in a quiet residential area with a village character. Within walking distance 15 minutes from the Rhine, the local recreation area "Blaue Adria" is about 2 km away and ideally accessible by bicycle. Directly along the Rhine are beautiful bike paths towards Speyer or Ludwigshafen and a ferry runs every 15 minutes to Mannheim (Mon-Sun 5:30 am - 10:00 pm). Approximately 300 meters away are a supermarket, bakery with café and an ice cream café.

Es hat eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche, eine Schlafnische, die über eine Leiter zu erreichen ist und einen tollen Ausblick auf Pferde, Hunde und eine Voliere mit Hühnern. Das Häuschen ist im Süden von Speyer in einem GEWERBEGEBIET und kann ab mind. 2 Nächte gebucht werde. Nah am Auwald und nur 5 Automin. bzw. 20 -30 Gehmin. vom Dom und der Innenstadt entfernt. Unweit ist eine Bushaltestelle. WLAN gibt’s, ist ganz, ganz schlecht.

Elisabeth and Gerald are very warm people who welcomed me kindly. The room was large and bright overlooking the garden. A private, cute bathroom was still a bonus. Everything was thought of. Coffee, tea, water were all lovingly prepared and a fridge was also there. And the bed was great too. I was even allowed to practice some bass and got good tips for the area. I'd love to come back and stay with you. Best wishes from Kassel Bea

There isn’t anything I can say except this is a lovely accommodation. The stairs up to First flor were manageable for my husband who has had three knee replacements and suffers constant pain but the stairs are not so steep and made our stay possible. We will definitely come back and stay here if our travels bring us to this lovely area again.

The apartment is practically furnished and well-equipped. Everything was clean and well maintained. The nearest shopping facility is just a few minutes' walk away. There is a parking space in a spacious underground car park, as well as a bicycle cellar and a small cellar room. I had a nice time in the apartment and will keep my stay in good memory.

We stayed with our dog for two nights at Ronny's! The Tiny House leaves nothing to be desired! It is completely fenced so the dog could run free. 200m away is a small bay by the water to relax! We will definitely be back! Ronny is a very courteous and warm host. He gave us great recommendations.

After the long car ride, Heidi warmly welcomed me and helped me with my things. I immediately felt very comfortable and welcome. The location is very central, yet I found it to be quiet. Heidi provided me with all the information and was always there for questions and tips. She is a hostess who really cares about making her guests feel as good as possible. I'd love to come back!
