Magnifique "nid" à 2 pas du centre historique. Appartement décoré avec soin, et gros plus : les 2 superbes terrasses ! Domenico et Lucrezia ont été très sympathiques et très flexibles sur le check-in ! N'hésitez plus si vous cherchez un logement pour passer quelques jours dans la charmante ville de Polignano a Mare !

This was an amazing spot. It’s small but mighty (has everything you need and everything is smartly organized), and the location is unbeatable - with the balcony overlooking the sea and right above the restaurant at the Hotel Grotta Palazzese, there’s nothing like it. My husband and I stayed here for one week of our honeymoon and it was everything we hoped for. Marialessandra was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The only downsides: I didn’t realize til the day of check-in that there was a restriction of check-in between 4 and 7pm, which seems a bit unreasonable considering how unpredictable travel can be, but it ended up not being an issue and she was accommodating about it. The other downside is the small amount of hot water in the shower - we only ran out 1-2 times in our weeklong stay but you do have to take very short showers (only a few minutes each) for 2 people to both take a shower and have hot water right after one another. It wasn’t a big deal, and still so worth it!!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Gastgeber Giacomo war sehr aufmerksam und hat unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Küche ist gut ausgestattet um sich selbst sich auch kleine Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Adoramos a nossa estadia. O lugar é super confortável e aconchegante. A localização é ótima e de fácil acesso, ao mesmo tempo em que não é uma rua barulhenta. Rafaelle e sua esposa nos receberam muito bem e deram boas dicas de Polignano. Rafaelle nos levou num café local, sempre muito solícito. Altamente recomendado.

11/10 spot! Amazing location, incredibly friendly staff (Maira was so lovely), beautiful views. We had a fabulous stay with our 2 kids and would book again in a heartbeat. We miss it already!!!! Really walkable and in the mix but also had privacy. Truly a perfect experience.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great, close to the old part of city, the beach and supermarket close by. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and tidy. The hosts were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again

Absolutely LOVED this condo! Great location to everything, great view, super spacious and Simonetta was extremely helpful with giving us local recommendations or anything we needed. This location is walkable to everything - old town, bus or train station, restaurants and had a grocery store right across the street. And the coffee machine in the condo was incredible!! Highly recommend this condo for a stay in Monopoli. Gracie!

Great location in the centre of the historic district in Monopoli. Lot's of restaurants and cafes close by. Check out Caffè Letterario around the corner for amazing coffee and a really cool vibe if you sit inside. The apartment is very clean and cozy, but not the greatest if you plan on doing lots of cooking. Cosimo was a fantastic host - super responsive and helpful to make sure your stay was enjoyable. Would recommend this place to friends.

This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

Excellent Airbnb in Monopoli! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect location, right in the center of town and walkable to everything. Host was incredibly nice. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Wir, meine Mutter, meine Schwester und ich waren für 4 Nächte im wunderschönen Haus von Filomena, die eine unglaublich liebenswerte, fröhliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin ist. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hochwertig renoviert , mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Betten sind herrlich, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher feine Baumwolle. Alles so wie wir es lieben und zu einem fairen Preis. Filomena war sofort zur Stelle als wir eine private Notsituation hatten und hat unser Problem gelöst. Die Terrasse ist ein feiner Rückzugsort mit praktischer Küche und Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben uns definitiv in unser kleines Heim und Polignano verliebt und kommen sicher wieder. DANKE Filomena und Martina (Tochter von Filomena) für alles, ihr seid wunderbar!

Maison très bien situé dans un environnement très calme. Pietro est très disponible et a un vrai sens de l'accueil. Idéalement situé pour rayonner sur le territoire et avec une petite plage à proximité (2 mn à pied) pour se baigner en toute sécurité et faire du snorkeling (ce qui est un vrai plus, car en Italie les plages sont soit privée : surchargées, soit difficile à trouver pour un accès à l'eau du fait des spécificités géologiques de la cote). Nous étions en couple et avons très apprécié cette maison.

Fabulous location. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the buskers below, people watching. Right in the heart of the old town. Free parking 10 minutes away so all very convenient. The roof terrace is lovely at all times of day. Sunsets, sunrises and chilled mornings. Everything was as described and very homely. Note - The stairs are steep and uneven - you might be worried with someone who is not so able but we were fine. (Couple with 2 teenagers).

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! L'appartamento di Giuseppe a Taranto è impeccabile: pulito, accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è comoda, perfetta per esplorare la città. Beautiful stay! Lovely location just a short walk from the sea and the fact that it’s in a gated road makes you feel very safe. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The garden was lovely and quiet because of the gated road. All in all would absolutely recommend a stay here 😊

We had a truly wonderful stay at Vincenzo's place for two nights in early May. The apartment is beautiful, light and airy and the terrace overlooking the sea a great place to relax. The bed was super comfy, and we loved listening to the waves at night! Water, oil, balsamic and some nibbles supplied, a Nespresso style coffee maker (and a small Italian coffee maker) and a few coffee pods. Everything was clean and fresh, we didn't cook but there was ample equipment. There are two flights of steep and narrow stairs from the street. With small cases we found it difficult to get them up the stairs without banging the walls, it would be tricky with a large suitcase. There is another flight of narrow stairs from the bedroom/bathroom level to the kitchen, then one double height step to the terrace. This was not a problem for us but could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Anna was really responsive and helpful with local suggestions and well spoken English.

A cidade é apaixonante e a acomodação permite caminhar por todos os pontos centrais com tranquilidade em qualquer horário.. Mercado ao lado, proximidade com o centro e uma orla linda! Fomos de carro para visitar cidades vizinhas e foi essencial locar a garagem a parte com o Vito, é quase impossível estacionar no bairro (as vagas são reservadas para moradores ou inexistentes). Reforço que a casa é um ambiente único com uma divisória entre quarto e sala. O Vito oferece um check-in especial e orienta sobre os principais passeios, restaurantes e reservas.

Wonderful place to stay , in walking distance to train station(5mins), harbour(10mins) and many bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment is very clean and spacious, bigger than the photos suggest and has all amenities required. Off the front room there is a lovely balcony from which to enjoy breakfast/evening wine and the air con work’s very well. Self check in was very easy and Alessandro provided more than enough croissants and toast for breakfasts and was very quick to respond to any queries we had. A gem of a place and I would definitely reuse if ever in Brindisi again.Highly recommend!!
