Pizzeria and large food store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 minutes to restaurants and bars in the city center and 10-15 minutes to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. In the old part of Läjet, just over 5 km south of Varberg, we rent a bright and pleasant cottage. The cottage is quietly located on a dead end with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650m from the beach. The cottage has tiled bathroom with shower cubicle and own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140cm bed and 90cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120cm located in living room/kitchen. Private parking for car directly outside the entrance. Welcome

Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen as well as fresh bathroom. 40 min Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!
