Holiday rentals with a kayak in Spanish Wells

Thanks for letting us stay in the lovely one bedroom studio. Everything was clean and fresh. Just like the photographs. It was easy to communicate with June, she was super helpful. Responded within 4 hrs typically. The walk to Gaulding’s Cay beach is only 3 minutes from the cottage. The beach is gorgeous with crystal clear water in a lovely cove. We used the paddle boards a couple of times and went out to the big rock. Great swimming and super quiet. My husband wanted to fly fish, but no fish scene at this spot. I’d definitely recommend Daddy-Joes restaurant, Taco Tuesday. An easy walk from the cottage. Good food and more reasonable than other restaurants. Live music some evenings as well which was fun.

We loved our stay at Mark and Susan's place. They provided lots of info in advance to help with directions, what to do's, where to go, etc. House was amazing, and Eleuthera was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Locals were friendly and delightful to interact with - as were the sea turtles! Would love to visit again and will be sure to come in pineapple season (best ever!).

We loved our week at Serendipity! The view from the porch is gorgeous, the interior was comfy and cozy and had everything you needed. The location is central to the island, and the stairs into the ocean were awesome. We hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed having a private beach with an amazing view. It was an easy drive to the ferries. We recommend getting a car. The house manager, Agatha, and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions prior to and during our stay. 5 of us stayed comfortably.

We really enjoyed our time at Siren Song as we celebrated our friends getting married at the Other Side Hotel. We chose this place based on its proximity to the resort (walkable during low tide) but ended up so happy with the space. The beach access is perfect, we often felt like it was a private beach just for our party. We watched plenty of sea turtles, birds, and rays. We took the paddle boards out every morning and cooked several meals at home. We were greeted every time we returned by two sweet kitties who even followed us down to the beach. We were a very short drive to lots of beautiful sights - twin sisters beach and queens bath were our favorites. The area was buggy but Dani provided bug spray with the home. Lots of clean towels and we enjoyed some puzzles during down time. Checking in and out was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We all agreed we had it much better than the folks paying a lot more down at the resort!

Three little birds is absolutely magical. The house has so much charm, is decorated with so much love and comforted all our needs. We loved waking up hearing the birds, drinking coffee in the garden and watching the sunset from the roof terrace. The location was fantastic, away from the craziness but literally 5 min walking to get somewhere. The beach access was great, the access to ramora bay beach bar and marina was beautiful and the all the helpful tips from Tim made our stay truly incredible. Ow, did i mention the comfortable beds? And perfectly silent working AC? The spacious kitchen en all the boardgames in the livingroom? 5 stars and beyond❤️

Paradise! We visited Eleuthera 3 years ago and spent the day at Rainbow Beach. All day we admired the Sayle Point House. We were so excited that it was available when we planned our next trip. There is new construction, but I believe you will still feel like you're on you're own private island. We visited a few spots and kept coming back to the house thinking why did we venture out. We enjoyed our morning walks around the property and it provided amazing snorkeling opportunities in the backyard. We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect! Cobalt Cottage was everything and more! We loved every moment we spent inside the cottage. Our kids enjoyed catching hermit crabs and playing on the slide / swings! The screened in porch was the place to be, and was so peaceful. Adrian, the property manager, was so helpful and made sure we knew where to go and how to get there; he even help set up a boating experience, it was amazing. It was nice having him close by, always ready to help if needed! We felt safe the entire time, and everyone on the island were so nice. We used Chad and Hope’s guide a lot, it was so helpful and informative. Everything we did was based on this guide and it did not steer us wrong! We will definitely be back; our kids (4, 7, 10) were so sad to leave, so were we!

This is our second time staying at Buttonwood and it was just as wonderful! The cottage is cozy, clean, and perfectly located. We loved waking up to the ocean breeze and spending our days exploring the island. Marielbys is an amazing host—responsive, kind, and thoughtful. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

My wife and I just returned from our week at Villa Sorenti. We can say without reservation that this home and surroundings were as close to perfect as we could have hoped. As great as the pictures look, this villa with its breathtaking view of the crystal clear blue Caribbean were even more spectacular in person. Toni & Alex were very helpful, accommodating, and communicative, as was and property manager who lives close by. And the location... Rainbow Bay is the most beautiful part of the island, from what we saw and we did quite a bit of exploring and visited many beautiful spots. Rainbow Bay is also right in the middle of the island, allowing for excursions to the north or south without too much driving. This being our first visit to Eleuthera, we were flying somewhat blind, so we definitely feel like we lucked out in every respect.

Our family could not have had a better time. Jody’s place did not disappoint and exceeded expectations. Taking my family of 6 to Spanish Wells kids aged 14,13,9,4 (turned 5 on the trip) was quite the adventure with a long journey to arrive. Because of this I had no shortage of questions for Jody. His responses were perfect, thoughtful, made sense, and most of all extremely quick. The house is beautiful, about a 1 minute walk to a beach you feel like is all yours, or 30 seconds if your one of my kids. But the walk was pleasant, peaceful, and was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Lit up wonderfully at night as well. So happy we picked Spanish Wells and could not recommend Turtle Cottage or any of Jody’s cottages on this stretch of heaven. I honestly could go on and on, they were helpful and flexible with travel woes, gave advice that was on point and just good people. Go here and don’t miss opportunity to be here during Christmas.

Fish Fever is a charming waterside bungalow. The accommodations were perfect for a family of four and were exactly as described. We enjoyed lazy days on the beach near the house, fun waterside restaurants, and our nightly helping of Papa’s Scoops! We would strongly recommend booking a charter boat tour, it was the highlight of our trip! Book early if you want to get in with Christy/Shane. All in all, a great trip and we hope to be back!

Wonderful stay, relaxing. Quite neighborhood. There is a nice beach, saw very few people. Rocky so bring your water shoes - like most of Eleuthera. Nothing really to do near by, will need a car.

Gail and Austin were both fantastic hosts. Very responsive and accommodating. The rental was next to their personal home on Russell island. Awesome private water access at the end of their road. Austin showed us around their garden and cut fresh fruit for us to try. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos. Ac in every bedroom is nice. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, and with the recent renovations it’s even more beautiful than ever! Bonnie is super responsive, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend this rental, and will happily stay here again next time I’m in SW.
