Family-friendly holiday rentals in Spanish Valley

Ed's place was very nice. The kids liked the huge TV in the living room to watch the BB playoffs. The kitchen is well stocked. He has everything you need for a comfortable night sleep. It was safe, welcoming and he was very kind.

The house was large and well equipped with everything we could have thought we would need! It was more spacious than the pictures make it out to be. Any questions we had were answered immediately and when we needed a few more towels, they delivered them to us almost immediately. We will def come back!

Kristin walked me through each step of the way, which was so helpful as I am a first time user of Air b&b. Her beautiful home was comfortable and well suppled with everything we needed to prepare meals. We appreciated the space upstairs for our teenage granddaughters to play board games and relax. The Inn was perfect for our stay in Moab. So close to all the parks and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of long hikes. The amenities provided were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Dale and Jo-Anne made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. They provided recommendations for places to visit and were available to provide additional help. Their home was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware which allowed us to cook during our stay. The location was good since it is close to town to go out and eat/buy groceries, etc. I would recommend their place without hesitation based on our flawless experience. Hope to go back to Moab in the future and stay here again.

We felt like we were staying at a friend's house at Rob's place! It is so well cared for, with a well stocked kitchen for meals at home and comfortable beds/linens. The backyard is so peaceful, with plenty of seating to relax. The pool was a bonus, and we loved having a garage to store bikes/gear for our adventures. Rob provided clear instructions, and was very responsive when we booked last minute.

About 10 minutes from Arches (except for the lines, don't forget to get your reservations) and about 45 minutes to Canyonlands. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a modern kitchen and cozy furnishings. I agree with another reviewer, if you plan to cook bring spices, but you will have plenty of appliances, utensils and dishes. Despite being near a busy road, the unit was pretty quiet. Cleanup was a breeze in that all we had to do was put everything in the dishwasher. We’d stay again without hesitation.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelor party. The location is super convenient, not far from Arches National Park and many off road trails. I’d say this is one of the cleaner Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Garage is super convenient, pools is nice, bathrooms are nice and clean, beds are comfy, and they include a binder with all sorts of local recommendations.

My girlfriend, dog, and parents all stayed here for 5 days of adventure. The place was clean, big, and in a great location. We walked to the main street several times for the restaurants and shopping. We looked through the guestbook to discover some new places to check out, including a perfect place to take the dog to swim and cool off from the heat. Thanks everyone!

Exactly as described. Easy check in, easy checkout. Quiet neighborhood and easy to work from the location for part of the day and get out and see the parks and the sites in the evening.

What a great way to camp out in the back country of Moab, UT! Was a great way to stay close to the bike trails and enjoy some hiking. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We really enjoyed staying there. It was easy to get into and super clean! The bed was really comfortable and the gardens were beautiful. Our favorite part was that it was only 2 blocks from downtown where everything was happening and yet the bungalow was on a very quiet street.

This home was so well suited for us and so appointed with anything we needed. You can tell the hosts truly take pride in their home and sharing it with travelers. Thank you for a great experience.

This place was well worth it and very nice. Host was very responsive and proactive. We were there to do hikes and ice and water are essential. The refrigerator did not cooperate and the host had someone try to come fix it and gave a small refund for the trouble. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo hosted by Melissa was perfect for our guys trip of 5 for some mountain biking. With access to bikes the condo is in a good location to downtown. Melissa was a great host. She helped get our bags dropped in the garage ahead of check-in so we could go ride. We only cooked breakfast in the condo, but the kitchen seemed to everything needed for cooking more meals. We would stay here again on future trips.

Perfection! Our family (including our 2 yr old toddler) felt right at home in this clean and spacious space. Walked to restaurants on Main Street without hassle of the car parking. We didn't use them, but plenty of bikes were available. Nice pool. One ammenity we particularly enjoyed was the ice maker, it pumped out plenty of ice to keep 6 of us in cool drinks on hot, hot Moab days, including our to-go drink cooler.

We enjoyed out stay at Benny's condo and being in Moab. The unit was clean and bedrooms spacious. The few needs we had were taken care of right away. Through no fault of the owners, we just happened to have two groups in the adjacent condos on both sides that were pretty noisy. Was a bit of an impact in the unit but made being out on the back patio an unpleasant experience. But, we were gone every day so the negative impact was minimal. Would recommend the unit for sure but if we returned would likely try to find a place that was a little more private.

Our stay in Moab at Carol's house was better than expected. Before arriving I was concerned about parking the trailer but there was plenty of room on the road just outside the house with easy access. The pool was refreshing after a long hot day out on the trail. I appreciated the use of the grill on the patio. Thanks again Carol for hosting my family.

The location was very good for our trip to Arches. the description of the rental was accurate. i did read the reviews and the description of the rental.And I do not remember seeing anything about it being up on the third floor with no elevator. Just an FYI for those of us with bad knees, and to be honest, I may have just missed it in the description. I did have difficulty getting my luggage up the stairs. The pool and hot tub were very nice and you will need to ask Chad for the gate code to get into that area. Kitchen was nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. A nice stay for the money and plenty of room.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in Brittany's place. We had a couple of minor issues after check-in that she resolved immediately and enthusiastically. We would certainly stay there again.
