Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Spanish Town

9/10 Great place👍🏾. Easy check in and out. The apartment was very clean, quiet up to date modern, and nice. Only wish we could’ve had access to the washer & dryer. The pool is cleaned daily, love that. The onsite parking is wonderful it’s assigned to you upon checking in. The big question for Jamaican Airbnb travelers, did the air conditioners work? Yes! There are 2 one in the bedroom and common area, which is the rest of the apartment. Overall it was perfect.

I wish I could keep this gem a secret but alas, you deserve to enjoy this experience too. From check in with Charmaine to the great attention to detail, we immediately felt at home. It was just what we needed for a much needed reset. Thank you, St. John and Charmaine! We’ll definitely be back.

jody was an amazing host, she reply to our messages within 5 mins and always provided a solution to our concern, her place was very clean, we enjoyed the snack she provided upon arrival. I would definitely come back and would recommend her place. it was a 10/10 for me

Had a great stay. The rooms were clean and pictures were accurate. Even though it is very close to the stadium, I was not affected by the events being held there. I was able to have restful sleep and could barely hear the noise. The security guards were very helpful and kind. I was able to do cardio everyday in the gym facility (exactly as pictured). The host also responds quickly. I would stay again!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Kimmone’s apartment! From start to finish, she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional experience. Kimmone was so informative and provided us with tons of great recommendations and tips for the area. She was always super quick to respond to any questions, which made us feel really well taken care of. The apartment itself was stunning, every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it was so aesthetically pleasing! It felt like staying in a hotel, but with all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless and sparkling clean, which made our stay feel even more luxurious. What really stood out was Kimmone’s kindness and attentiveness. She checked in on us regularly to see if we needed anything, like extra towels or amenities, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was clear she genuinely cared about our comfort and wanted us to have the best possible stay. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would absolutely book again!

Had a great stay at Racquel's ! The house was super cute and had a cozy, secure feel that made the whole experience even more relaxing. Having a washer and dryer included was such a convenient bonus. Very flexible check in. The host was respectful, kind, and very responsive—quick to answer any questions and made sure I had everything I needed. This was my first time using Airbnb, and Natisha's home did not disappoint at all! The house looks exactly like in the photos. The house is cosy and felt like I was at home. Natisha was always available to answer questions I had to ask. Myself and my family will most definitely book with Natisha in the future.

I already left a review as I originally booked for 1 week but as Olivia’s place was so nice and peaceful I extended for an additional 2 weeks as I was originally going to only book for 1 week then stay in another area but I decided to stay at Olivia’s. I felt right at home and she was always so friendly and helpful and checked in regularly.

2 Separate units in the house. Quiet neighborhood. Very safe. Lovely neighbors. Access to a car is needed, but if getting items delivered, Jerome was GREAT in getting gate access set up. Communication with the host was quick and respectful. Would stay again.

Camille's is a home away from home very quiet neighborhood very clean. spacious w/all your needs the host is very responsive and respond in ample time. Sheena's place was modern, clean and well kept. Sheena was very responsive and the surroundings felt like home. This was my second stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Marsha is the Ultimate host! This is about my third time staying here and I will continue to stay here over and over again. I recommend anyone who is coming to Kingston to stay here as well. Marsha place is an absolute gem! Very clean, very easy to find and definitely centrally located to all the great places and activities. I would give her 100 stars if I could.

Kevon is an amazing host with an amazing property. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. The listing looks better in person than on the site. With popular dining options close by you can’t go hungry. We had trouble with finding the listing, due to a google maps issue, and we’re not given immediate access to the apartment, due to an untrained security guard. However, Kevon guided us through every possible issue. I would definitely recommend this host and amazing property!

The city view was beautiful especially at nights. Communicating and respond time with Monique was effortless. The apartment was very clean.
