Holiday rentals with a patio in Spanish Town

9/10 Great place👍🏾. Easy check in and out. The apartment was very clean, quiet up to date modern, and nice. Only wish we could’ve had access to the washer & dryer. The pool is cleaned daily, love that. The onsite parking is wonderful it’s assigned to you upon checking in. The big question for Jamaican Airbnb travelers, did the air conditioners work? Yes! There are 2 one in the bedroom and common area, which is the rest of the apartment. Overall it was perfect.

Staying at Delano’s place at the Rochester was a pleasure! The apartment was spotless, and Delano was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay at any time of the day I contacted him .He provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, making my trip even better. I definitely had a fantastic time at Delano’s! The house was exactly as described, and the location was perfect ,close to so many grocery stores,nice restaurants, great security system . Delano was a great communicator and made me feel very welcome. The thoughtful touches, like the welcome bottle of wine , was a lovely surprise. I could go on and on about this place! It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! Booked this place for my husband to get ready for our wedding and I can’t wait to see the amazing photos he got. I was jealous when i saw the place in person. Kamar was great in allowing us to have photos taken there with his friends. Very modern and very CLEAN!

I wish I could keep this gem a secret but alas, you deserve to enjoy this experience too. From check in with Charmaine to the great attention to detail, we immediately felt at home. It was just what we needed for a much needed reset. Thank you, St. John and Charmaine! We’ll definitely be back.

This one-bedroom spot in Phoenix Park Village was just what I needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The interior is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully laid out, creating a relaxing, homey atmosphere that’s easy to settle into. Getting in and out was super easy. Security was friendly and the key handoff process was smooth and straightforward, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the location is great; just a quick drive to Sovereign Village for anything you might need during your stay. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient place to stay in Portmore.

jody was an amazing host, she reply to our messages within 5 mins and always provided a solution to our concern, her place was very clean, we enjoyed the snack she provided upon arrival. I would definitely come back and would recommend her place. it was a 10/10 for me

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Kimmone’s apartment! From start to finish, she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional experience. Kimmone was so informative and provided us with tons of great recommendations and tips for the area. She was always super quick to respond to any questions, which made us feel really well taken care of. The apartment itself was stunning, every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it was so aesthetically pleasing! It felt like staying in a hotel, but with all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless and sparkling clean, which made our stay feel even more luxurious. What really stood out was Kimmone’s kindness and attentiveness. She checked in on us regularly to see if we needed anything, like extra towels or amenities, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was clear she genuinely cared about our comfort and wanted us to have the best possible stay. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would absolutely book again!

Jamaica can feel a little unsafe if you're not native there or traveling often but this house is in a gated community and you must enter 2 gates; 1 with security and 1 with a code. The park is a 1 minute walk. The pool is a 5 minute walk. The house is cozy.

It’s a very beautiful home would recommend to anyone looking for a nice cozy quiet place. The Host was very nice and also very helpful and was always right there if you needed her.

Shadaie’s place was absolutely stunning. I felt right at home. It was clean and had everything I needed right at hand. The pictures do no justice, the front yard was beautiful and full of flowers and Lucious green trees. It’s the right comfort for you and your person or friend. I will most definitely be coming back. Shadaie on the other hand was inviting, responsive and understanding. She was literally right at your finger tips and she added a touch of everything into her home so really you don’t need anything. From Ac, Hot water, greenery decor and clean environment for your comfort.

Rash is a sweetheart of a person and I've never even met her in person. Just messaging with her on the phone made me so comfortable, I felt like I knew her. We loved this place and our host was very welcoming and responded almost immediately to any concerns that we had. The places were extremely clean and well put away. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone I know that will be traveling to Jamaica and I myself, this will be my place to stay once I return. Anyone renting this Airbnb would not regret it.

I already left a review as I originally booked for 1 week but as Olivia’s place was so nice and peaceful I extended for an additional 2 weeks as I was originally going to only book for 1 week then stay in another area but I decided to stay at Olivia’s. I felt right at home and she was always so friendly and helpful and checked in regularly.

Vance was very quick to respond whenever I message him. His place was welcoming and I looks just like the picture. I would definitely stay there again.

Very beautiful house, exactly what is posted on the profile and very clean as well. Great communication with the host, she was very quick with her responses, patient and helpful. Most difficult part of this experience was finding the location especially if you depend on GPS. I would definitely put the address of the school landmark they give and call the number given as soon as you get there and someone will help guide you to the house location. If I was ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Kevon is an amazing host with an amazing property. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. The listing looks better in person than on the site. With popular dining options close by you can’t go hungry. We had trouble with finding the listing, due to a google maps issue, and we’re not given immediate access to the apartment, due to an untrained security guard. However, Kevon guided us through every possible issue. I would definitely recommend this host and amazing property!

We felt incredibly safe and secure throughout our stay, thanks to the multiple layers of security—gated entrance, lobby desk, access card entry to both the building and our floor. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, just around the corner from Devon House Bakery. Ubers were super convenient and budget-friendly. The apartment itself was cozy, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfect for either a short visit or a long-term stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony view and made use of the rooftop pool, which even had a mini infinity pool—such a relaxing bonus. We need liquid detergent for our clothes and John and Celia were on it right away. We appreciated their responsiveness to everything. Can't wait to be back!

We really enjoyed staying here! The place had everything I needed—fresh bed linens, room-darkening shades (which were great for sleeping in), and even a walk-in closet to make unpacking easy. It was super clean and felt like home. The bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and even shower gel, which was a nice surprise. The hot water worked great. The AC and ceiling fan kept the place cool and comfortable Especially when it’s 1,000 degrees outside. Overall, it was just an easy, chill stay. Would definitely come back again! Can’t wait.

The city view was beautiful especially at nights. Communicating and respond time with Monique was effortless. The apartment was very clean.

This Airbnb is exactly as pictured and even better was squeaky clean. I loved the decor and the homey feel of the space. Definitely a gem!
