Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Spanish Town

I had the pleasure of staying at Wade's house, and everything about it was fantastic! The house was spotless, roomy, and exquisitely furnished—exactly as promised. The amenities were perfect, and the beds were great. The location was ideal for visiting shopping centres, beaches and restaurants. The host was very considerate and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, including snacks and advice on the area. Check-in went smoothly, and communication was swift and simple. Overall, anyone travelling to Portmore or Kingston should definitely check out this place. When I visit the area again, I will most certainly stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was exactly what I needed. Somewhere private & peaceful. The communal pool was a very nice addition for days you just want to relax. My only issue was not having a washing machine, as I stayed for 3 weeks & without my brother living close & owning one, cleaning my clothes would have been a problem. Alecia was a great host & anything I contacted her about, she was very friendly & helpful. Overall I loved my stay & didn’t really want to leave. Next time I am in Jamaica, I will definitely be staying in the same place. Thank you Alecia for being a great host.

Great place to stay, looks exactly like what is on the website which I love. Did not disappoint Neighborhood really quite and peaceful. Security is really good, which makes you feel reassured leaving and coming back home any hours of the night. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Sean and Mal were great hosts. I especially liked the fact that they were security conscious. That tends to be important for solo travelers. Additionally, they checked in often to make sure I was doing ok and helped to answer any questions that I had. Absolutely recommend.

From the beginning the host was great to deal with. Not only is the apartment clean and comfortable, the staff there are friendly and very helpful. I’ll definitely use this unit again when it’s available. I recommend it without hesitation.

It was my fiancé and I first time staying at Kenneth’s place. It was lovely to the point my partner kept raving about the grills on the windows the pattern was simple and nice. We truly loved it, Thai is our second time staying in an Airbnb in Portmore and both locations met and we exceeded our expectations. We will be back! S/N: my favorite place in Kenneth’s home was the bathroom I’m obsessed with the shower 🚿 it’s just glass no doors OMGOSH, my best friend and her husband home is like that when I seen his I was in heaven .

I will be using this as my home away from home. This is my go when i want to not be seen or heard. Love this place.

Sheena's place was modern, clean and well kept. Sheena was very responsive and the surroundings felt like home. This was my second stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Kevon is an amazing host with an amazing property. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. The listing looks better in person than on the site. With popular dining options close by you can’t go hungry. We had trouble with finding the listing, due to a google maps issue, and we’re not given immediate access to the apartment, due to an untrained security guard. However, Kevon guided us through every possible issue. I would definitely recommend this host and amazing property!

Marsha is the Ultimate host! This is about my third time staying here and I will continue to stay here over and over again. I recommend anyone who is coming to Kingston to stay here as well. Marsha place is an absolute gem! Very clean, very easy to find and definitely centrally located to all the great places and activities. I would give her 100 stars if I could.

I also felt very safe in the neighborhood, which gave me peace of mind during my entire stay. The apartment was not only comfortable and well-maintained, but also very cost-effective, definitely worth every penny. Sandy was a fantastic host, thoughtful and responsive, making sure everything was just right. We really enjoyed staying here! The place had everything I needed—fresh bed linens, room-darkening shades (which were great for sleeping in), and even a walk-in closet to make unpacking easy. It was super clean and felt like home. The bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and even shower gel, which was a nice surprise. The hot water worked great. The AC and ceiling fan kept the place cool and comfortable Especially when it’s 1,000 degrees outside. Overall, it was just an easy, chill stay. Would definitely come back again! Can’t wait.

I stayed at this place 3 time now. It’s clean and very quiet. It is also central to everything like banks, supermarkets, petrol stations and so much more. I would definitely recommend to his home to anyone. Thanks again Harry and Ann.
