Holiday rentals with a patio in Spanish Fork

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Paola is a great, responsive host. The downstairs apartment-style accommodations were perfect for us. Loved the comfy beds, the well stocked kitchen and the entire place was SPOTLESS! So clean and smelled great!!! It is a downstairs accommodation so you can hear some noise from upstairs, however nothing that would keep us from staying again.

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

I was able to stay on an extended stay basis and it worked out perfectly for my situation! The unit was clean and wonderful and everything worked well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great family friendly place to stay. Close to lots of fun things. The pool was a great added bonus to our stay in walking distance. Lots of stairs, so something to consider but not a problem for our family. Great place for a big group of people or large family.

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked for cooking. We grilled some kebabs. Hung out by the pool and hot tubbed. Played pool and ping pong and some board games. It literally has everything you need to be comfortable and a million dollar view. Will only be staying here while in Sandy.

The host was great to work with! The hot tub was larger than what we thought, witch is a big plus in my book! The game room was fun! This is a great place for a group of 5-12 people! I will definitely work with Cory again! A&K

Jessica was very responsive and gave great local recommendations! the house was very thoughtfully decorated and had nice appointed rooms. Great mountain views, near by park and super close fun restaurants. Very quiet and comfy beds and plenty of towels.

The house was awesome, its a perfect location and quick to everything in a nice and quite area. the house was clean and charming. The owners communicated everything very well and it was one of the easiest check in and check out experiences I have ever had in my 11 years here with Airbnb. Definitely will be booking again for future stays.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Salt Lake City, don’t look anywhere else! This is absolutely one of the best AirBnb rentals we have stayed in. We loved how clean it was, had EVERYTHING we would ever need, and it was so peaceful and relaxing sitting outside in the evening. We loved the neighborhood. The bed was so comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Sophie was an excellent hostess! We had 4 motorcycles...and we were able to secure them in the garage. A huge plus! Sophie always responded to us quickly. If given an opportunity to be in this area....we highly recommend you stay in this beautiful location.

I had a great stay at Jomuna's. He was really quick to respond and the space was clean and tidy. The kitchen. had everything I needed but not over flowing with stuff left behind by past guests. It is a short walk up to main street or to the stores at prospect.

I was looking for a peaceful place to relax for a couple days and this was a perfect place. it is clean, cute, and close to a couple of nice parks. it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The host's instructions were easy to follow and the host was great to work with. very goid experience.

Excellent space for our family of 4 - easy to access, comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful sunny patio (sun shining into condo at 7:30pm was a treat!) Highly recommend.

Park City is always great, and this little studio is really a cozy spot to stay. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Something to note however, the building does have an elevator but it is not wheelchair or stroller accessible due to 3 stairs that sit in the hallway before the unit. Most of the units in this building seem to be short term rentals as nearly everyone we spoke to was renting and PC is a tourist destination, so while there is plenty of parking you may end up in the next lot over. The hosts are wonderful and respond promptly, you can tell that the unit is being cleaned and kept up. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the condo! Quiet-never heard any neighbors. We liked the location— being in between Kimball Junction and PC Main Street. Scott was very kind and communicative!
