Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Spanish Fork

We stayed here for a couple of months and it was perfect! A great neighborhood that was quiet and very close to the river walking trail. It’s close to stores and restaurants. The house was fully stocked and super clean. We loved staying here.

Fantastic stay! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to outdoor recreation and beautiful canyons. Within a few minutes of the house, we found miles of paved bike/walk trails, mountain biking trails, hiking trails, and great golf courses. The house was super clean, and the hosts were great! We will definitely request a stay here again when in the area.

The home was clean, comfortable, and safe. 10/10 recommend .Trent was an incredible host both attentive and reliable. This experience was absolutely delightful. The listings were accurate and the location was convenient. Also it was super easy to enter an exit. No issues at all. Would stay here again.

Riley's place is beautiful and such a rare find with 5 bedrooms to accommodate our family of 6 adults. The inside has been thoroughly updated and everything was in working order with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. The house is located in a neighborhood that is near downtown, not too far away from all kinds of restaurants and shopping, and within walking distance of a beautiful park and river walk. Riley was extremely responsive and flexible with our requests. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Enjoyed the stay. Clean, newish townhome with a 2-car garage, a driveway, and free on-street parking. Full kitchen with all appliances and two full bathrooms, washer and dryer.

A great pick if you need a place to stay, i’m new to airbnb & it was one of my first choices. i’m glad I got everything I was lookin for. very clean & modern, the instructions & brochure were impressive. You can tell there’s a lot of care put in to the space, if i’m in the area again & need a place i’d definitely check with nature’s best first before a hotel.

Joyce was amazing. She was proactive and sent clear instructions in a timely manner. When we needed a late checkout at the last minute, she was immediately responsive and flexible. All amenities were quickly available and I have no complaints!

We had a lovely stay here. The space was clean and location was perfect. Parking on site was simple, with included parking pass. Check-in was simple, though it took a few minutes to find where the front desk is located - it may help others to know that you're looking for the main entry for The Prospector. Susan was communicative and very quick to respond when we had a question.

This place is exactly as described. Nice inside and very clean. Restaurants and grocery store all walkable from place. Grocery store just down the street. Parking is simple as there are 2 reserved spots in an underground garage. Definitely stay again if I am in the area.

A perfect place to stay in Park City! The condo was spotless and comfy, and an incredible location! Right by the free bus stop and walkable to tons of trails, restaurants, and attractions. Couldn’t ask for a better place!
