Taormina is truly the jewel of Sicily—charming streets, stunning sea views, and incredible food around every corner. Staying here made the experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, in a perfect location, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after a long day of exploring. The host was responsive and kind, making check-in easy and offering great local tips. Parking, as is common in these historic towns, was definitely a challenge. In fact, it was nearly impossible to park in the recommended area due to the heavy foot traffic from tourists. Just something to keep in mind for future guests arriving by car. That said, the overall experience was fantastic, and I’d still gladly return. A truly unforgettable stay in one of Italy’s most beautiful towns.

Appartement très spacieux, bien équipé et avec une terrasse agréable au soleil le midi. Le centre du village est proche pour commerces et très bonnes pizzas! Domenico et sa sœur ont été charmant merci.

Amazing location in the town below Taormina. Wonderful restaurants across the street and beach access as well. The apartment was recently renovated and was lovely for a couple. Washing machine in the bathroom and AC that cooled the entire house. Wonderful place and location. Round trip bus ticket to Taormina was only €3! Don't even attempt to drive up there.

Ich war für etwas mehr als einen Monat zu Gast in der Unterkunft Balcone Crimaldi zu Gast und habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Zum Ausblick ist ja bereits viel geschrieben worden – es ist wirklich einmalig. Obwohl man hier fast jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang genießen kann, wird es nicht langweilig. Die Stimmung und das Licht sind jedes Mal anders. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und das WLAN läuft verlässlich. Auch das Schlafzimmer und das Bad lassen keine Wünsche offen. San Marco D’Alunzio mit seinen verwinkelten, steilen Gassen hat eine absolut einmalige Atmosphäre. Wer gerne wandert, kann zudem von hier aus direkt starten und findet im Nebrodi-Park viele großartige Strecken. Ein Auto ist allerdings dennoch empfehlenswert. Der Kontakt zu Claudia und Sergio lief super. Sie waren für Fragen stets erreichbar und gaben mir gute Tipps zu Veranstaltungen im Ort – und einen hauseigenen Wein gab’s auch noch zum Probieren.

Mariateresa met us at the apartment and was so wonderful and helpful, great communicator and super responsive. The apartment has a view over the gorgeous isola bella and a quick walk down to the beach which was really convenient. Really comfy beds and everything we needed to stay for 4 days. The stairs to walk up to Taormina are close by, but we preferred to stay down in Mazzarò away from the crowds up in the town. Thanks for a great experience Mariateresa.

My fiancé and I needed a place to stay last minute in Taormina and Francesca was very accommodating and responded very quickly. Her home is in the perfect spot where restaurants and sights are walkable. And there’s an adorable balcony that overlooks the street which we loved! The space overall is beautifully decorated and has a modern charm to it. And everything you would need is there. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we visit. Thank you Francesca for the amazing stay! ♥️

Wonderful location and wonderful hosts, Francesco and Celeste are very helpful and they are constantly in contact to see if you need anything. Grocery store Decò next door , 1 block from Puerta Catania where start the pedestrian Main Street. If you arrive by train, take the bus in the station Giardini , the blue one called Etna or Interbus, you will see the sign of Fermata, cost 1,1 euros per person, in cash , to Taormina center. The taxis cost 20 euros. Apartment a little noisy at 7am because the truck unload supplies to the grocery store next door. Hosts provided condiments, oil, some beverages, coffee and milk, really appreciated! Definitely recommended, recently renovated with excellent taste!

idyllisches Bergdorf von freundlichen italienischen Menschen umgeben. im Winter kann es kalt werden im Haus, auch wenn am Morgen die Sonne umgeben von Zitronenbäumen lacht. Wir hatten immer mal Stromausfall. Es war eine Reise wert. 🍋🌞🍊

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis is erg comfortabel, en de tuin is prachtig. Onze kinderen hebben heerlijk in de tuin en zwembad kunnen spelen. Als je een beetje buiten de toeristische hectiek wilt zitten, en toch alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik wilt hebben dan is dit ideaal. We willen graag terug komen.

We had a great stay in Tina’s place. Tina was always very helpful and very quick to respond to requests. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. To sit outside and listen to nightingales singing, scops owls calling at night and many more birds was fantastic. The only other noise was the bells on the cows as they came past the house to go for a drink. The flowers along the tracks are gorgeous. The place has a fantastic ambience. A wonderful relaxing retreat. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Alberto is a terrific host! He provided detailed information with pictures which helped us locate parking and the apartment. Plus, he provided booklets on Milazzo’s history and things to see and do while visiting. Very helpful! Alberto met us upon arrival to walk us through the apartment. He made us feel so comfortable and was such a delight to speak with. The apartment was perfect. The location is a 10 minute walk to the castle, 10 minute walk to ferry, 5 minute walk to the grocery store, an excellent bakery and fruit market. The view from the front room window is amazing as you watch the sunrise and harbor boat traffic. We could have stayed longer and been very happy. You will not be disappointed. Alberto and his wife provide a wonderful apartment filled with amenities and special touches that make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

Fabulously views. Lovely apartment, basically equipped but suitable for our needs. Safe parking for the motorbikes at the bottom of quite a steep driveway. Supermarket about a miles down the hill. We cooked in the apartment so don't know about local restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Airbnb was great. Sicily was beautiful and the views of Etna were incredible.

Highlights: - wunderschöne, sehr saubere, grosse Wohnung - 2 Zimmer mit 2 Badzimmer - toll ausgestattete Küche - grosser Balkon - schöne Dekoration, man fühlte sich direkt wie "zu Hause" - Klimaanlagen vorhanden - ca. 1.5 km zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt - einfaches, selbständiges Check-in / Check-out - rasche Rückmeldung durch Domenico, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Wir würden immer wieder die Wohnung von Domenico buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger negativer Punkt: - kein Privatparkplatz. Es gibt zwar viele Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch war es am Mittag und gegen 18.00 Uhr jeweils schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Very good stay over Christmas here. The flat matched the photos perfectly and the on-site staff member is extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommended, stunning view and well equipped, modern flat in one of the best locations in Taormina.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto comoda, quasi adiacente al lago. Bar, supermercati e ristoranti, si trovano a poca distanza dalla struttura e facilmente raggiungibili. Il sig. Luigi è una persona molto disponibile. Appartamento comodo, pulito e ben attrezzato. Si consiglia il soggiorno.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Genoten van een week in het appartement van Emanuele. Alles aanwezig , brandschoon en het ziet eruit zoals op de foto’s. Emanuele is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zoekt voor aankomstdatum al contact. Hij deed zijn best om ons iets eerder in het appartement toe te laten en hielp bij vinden van parkeerplaats. Kortom top!

Très bel appartement confortable et agréable, calme belle vue comme prévu, grandes pièces , proximité du port pour les excursions sur les îles éoliennes, pas trop loin du centre historique et des plages , au top!

Très bon séjour, appartement qui correspond bien aux photos et bien équipé. Réactivité de l'hôte par message. À proximité de Milazzo ce qui est appréciable pour une excursion sur les îles éoliennes notamment. Je recommande !

Neues, modernes Apartment mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und bequemen Betten. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Ätna und die Küste bis hoch nach Taormina. Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit von der Küstenautobahn entfernt, per Mietwagen sind Ausflugsziele wie Taormina, Catania oder Syrakus von hier aus gut erreichbar. Jaroslav stellte sehr ausführliche Infos zum Check In und zur Wohnung bereit und antwortete immer schnell und sehr freundlich auf Fragen.
