The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Just a few steps away from the beautiful Natural Reserve the High Fens, we offer you a modern and comfortable studio, you have private access entry, a King size bed , a nice kitchen table with 4 chairs , a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rainshower and wash basin , and a seperate toilet all for you. A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spaceous studio.

My place is close to family-friendly activities (Coo, Plopsacoo) and Stavelot city centre. Walks (on foot or by bike) are easily accessible as well as the Spa-francorchamps circuit. You'll love my place for the people, the atmosphere, the outdoor spaces, the neighborhood and the brightness. My place is good for couples, solo, business, and families with kids (can add a folding bed and/or cot).
