Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . Janie went above and beyond to welcome me at Exeter St David’s (closest National Rail station) and orient me through the city centre to the bus stops and Lidl supermarket close to her home. Listing is accurate, bedroom and both bathrooms immaculate. Note that the shared bathrooms are exclusively for guests’ use; you are not sharing with the host. Location is serene yet urban Exeter and the rest of Devon is readily accessible. All in all, an exceptional host and destination and I would go back in a heartbeat.

I had the ensuite room at the top of the house, very nicely furnished and in good condition, bathroom was fresh and very clean. Keith was very helpful and communicative, kindly helped with bags and offered tea and use of his kitchen. Both he and Kristina were very nice. Easy to get into central Ex, very near a bus stop but also very, very quiet location. Thanks for the stay.

Great communication from booking. Sian had good recommendations for places for me to visit whilst staying in Exeter and surrounding areas. Both Sian and Terry are lovely and made me feel welcome in their home. The room had everything as described, exactly what I needed for my stay.
