I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We had a great long weekend stay here to celebrate a special birthday. The weather was good so the grandchildren made full use of the pool, huge garden and tennis court - as did some of the adults. House was very clean and well equipped. Very peaceful and secluded setting - everyone said they would love to come back again.

Our two families had a superb stay here. So well equipped and stunning location and accommodation. Really well set up and thought out so not wanting for anything, kitchen/dining really well equipped up for larger groups. Children loved the games room and so lovely to be able to just all stroll out into the woods and public footpaths. So rare to find somewhere where no room for improvement or any snags. A real treasure!

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

A really unique place in lovely grounds. As a family with young children the facilities made the stay for us. The Wing itself is nice full of character in terms of the architecture and decor. The place was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had the essentials. Only thing I’d say is the bathroom and kitchen could do with a simple modernisation but really nothing to worry about, everything worked fine. The family say they would return so that’s the ultimate verdict.

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

Lawrence and Victoria were brilliant in communication provided great recommendations and instructions on working the house. The house was perfect, everything you could need. Amazing pool, garden area and amenities. We had a couple folks who had slight cat allergies and it wasn't a problem at all - barely noticed they were there. Really easy to get into Brighton and lots of parking space too. I would stay here again and would recommend. Great hosts.

My family had a long stay at James’ place and it was everything we needed. Very pleasant location that allowed us to visit Nation Trust Parks, Brighton, South Downs, w w Worthing, Seaford , Portsmouth etc. Easy to find and park. House size for a family was just right and area was peaceful at night. Was comfortable, warm and clean with great kitchen. James was always available to answer questions and very accommodating. Would stay again in a heart beat.

The place was lovely, in an ideal location and was perfect for what we needed! Bedroom was very spacious, modern facilities and was within walking distance of Arundel. Would happily stay again and recommend to others.

This was a really lovely place to stay, Julie has been very friendly and accomodating, providing lots of friendly helpful information both ahead of our stay and during through the use of a folder. The home itself was very cosy, clean and welcoming; however, noticed a poster in the kitchen was offensive and would recommend this is removed. The bed and bathroom were incredibly cosy and felt perfect after a long day out. The home is very close to Brighton, and was easy to travel around and explore the local surroundings and other coastal towns. Lots of local amenities, was disappointed we missed out on a local norwegian sauna that overlooked the beach, we'll have to come back again. Was a lovely stay.

We had a fabulous few days staying at Talita's stunning home. The house is more spacious than the photos suggest and the garden was lovely to relax in. The location worked well for us as a family, as we could relax in the house and walk to restaurants overlooking the sea. For more exciting activities located in Brighton, the buses were a short walk away and frequent and convenient. One tip I would suggest is booking a private parking space so you don't have to worry about paying and moving the car. Transport is easy to use and takes the stress out of travelling. Hopefully we will be able to return one day!

We had a great stay at Tanya's place. The house was exactly what we needed for our annual get away. Lovely communal space and garden. Short walk to lovely cafes and very acessible to Brighton. Thank you for a great stay!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Vicky's house. Very comfortable and clean, no surprises, and looks like the photos. Shoreham Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the front of the house overlooking the river is very relaxing. Last of all Vicky was very easy to deal with and responded quickly. Would recommend.

Booked this beautiful house for a hen do and had an amazing time - the open space kitchen/diner is perfect for entertaining, very clean and tastefully decorated! Emma was so lovely and welcoming, the perfect host - she got us checked in quickly, showed us around and was very easy to reach for any questions. Would book this place again in a heartbeat!

We were looking for accessible accommodation in Brighton including a profile bed and ceiling hoist and were thrilled to find Maggie's place. It was a delight to stay in, very inclusive and had all the accessible features that we required. We also loved the garden, open plan kitchen, dining and living room plus the extra living room. Had a fantastic few days at Nest Cottage. The cottage was exactly, if not better than described. It was easy to find, check in was simple and the cottage perfect and very comfortable. Aside from one day of poor weather, we loved exploring the West Sussex area, with Arundel and Bosham being particular favourites. There are many places to eat and relax, although you may need to plan ahead as a lot of pubs and restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We loved The Pig as always great food and relaxing environment, The Swan in Arundel for good pub food and service, and the Squire & Horse in Bury, although be sure to be hungry when you visit the latter as the portions are not for the feint hearted (The food is great quality too). Lots of places both local and a little further afield for walking, and the cottage contains a lot of possible routes and recommendations. A thoroughly enjoyable short break.

Lovely, cosy house with everything I needed for an enjoyable work trip to Brighton. Super-quiet despite being in the heart of Brighton. J was helpful and responsive. Hope to stay here again the next time I visit Brighton!

We had a fantastic stay at this Hove Airbnb! Just 20 seconds from Hove Park — perfect for dog walks. The property was spacious, spotless, and clutter-free, with two comfy bedrooms and a lovely garden featuring astro turf and a cosy corner seating area. The small office desk was ideal for remote work. The owner, who lives next door, was incredibly helpful — a genuinely top guy who even offered to let the dogs out while we were in London for the afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for our group holiday, house was tidy and Mark was response when asking questions. Location is a short walk to the seafront. Parking was easy and bedrooms were decent size.

From the very beginning of our booking to the end, the communication from the hosts was first class. The accommodation was as described by the hosts and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend staying here

After the nightmare of our other Airbnb in Brighton that we booked, James was like a knight in shining armour. He really helped us out of a tight squeeze by providing his property to us with only an hours notice. When we arrived at the house there was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with fresh fruit and flowers. The property was spotless and only a 20 min walk from the pier. His communication was fantastic and I can see why he has been rated so highly. I cannot rate him or his property highly enough and would definately stay there again on my next visit to Brighton.
