House holiday rentals in Southwest

The house is perfect for any length of stay. The beds are beyond comfortable and so is the furniture. It’s very easy to have a great weekend with friends at this location.

I really liked the space, both in the house and all around the outside. Inside many places to gather, relax, or swim. Outside something to do on every side of the house, campfire, pickleball, basketball, golfing…I could go on but my fav was up on the veranda looking out over the valley. I really liked the high quality bath linens. All in our group wanted to come back and the kids didn’t want to leave. The only negative voiced was the kitchen cabinets were so stocked that the only place for the food we brought was on kitchen counters.

Ohiopyle is one of our favorite places! House was clean & comfortable. Provided almost everything we needed, Excellent attention to details. Awesome set up in the backyard, we all enjoyed very much!!

This place was amazing! We’re air Bnb host as well and this place made us really consider leveling up our places for sure! On top is that Gene is an awesome host. We would recommend this place to everyone!

Great vacation. Wendy was the best host we have ever had—responsive and generous. The house itself was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever been in. We loved the use of the kayaks and would absolutely come back to enjoy Alpine Lake here again. Very relaxed, friendly vibe within the whole community.

Everything was fine & place was as described. We were disappointed because fireplace didn’t work & when we inquired we didn’t receive a response. There was a lock on it so we didn’t try.

Our family of 8 really enjoyed a weekend at George and Joy's cabin in the woods. There was so much space for everyone to use independently and also to come together to hang out as a family. George and Joy were particularly helpful in communicating with us before and during our stay to make sure everything went perfectly. The cabin is very cozy, in a beautiful and peaceful setting, and the bedrooms are perfect if you have a big family. The arcade game was also a hit for our boys! We look forward to coming back soon!

The perfect house for family ski vacation. There is ample sleeping and the house invites time together as well as lots to do! The house had comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. And the best part of the trip was the ski in and ski out! The host was so informative and provided great ideas for restaurants and things to do! This is a great home and I love that this sweet host shared it with us!

My visit to the area was not under the best circumstances however, both the host and house were amazing. Very homie, comfortable and very serene. Tons of natural light and able to view the beautiful views of downtown. I felt completely at home. Anything anyone would need was available. Super clean and welcoming. The hosts responsiveness to any questions I had was lightning fast and very accommodating.

The house had everything you need and more. You're among nature and trees yet within 15 miles of stores, parks, historic areas and restaurants. Communications with Julie were quick an easy. I would like to give folks a heads up you're asked to remove your shoes so you can be prepared. We went to the area to see the Flight 93 memorial and it was only an hour away.

Valentina’s place was perfect for our needs and especially comfortable. We sat on the front porch and enjoyed amazing views of the surrounding fields, meadows and mountains at all times of the day and in different light; after dark we enjoyed fireflies and starry skies. There was plenty of room inside and out, AC kept us cool on hot days, and an abundance of food prep kitchen-ware and a gas grille were available for meal prep. The bathrooms, laundry and bunk rooms were also very nice and clean. Any issues were addressed and remedied promptly by Valentina. We were so thankful for the use of her home rental through Airbnb. We would definitely stay here again✨

The house was exactly as described and a perfect location for why we were traveling. Kevin was helpful and kind and the neighbors all stopped and were kind and made suggestions as well. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay at Darlington Cottage again! Kevin, thank you for letting us stay in your rental!

The “Time Hop” really lives up to its name. First let me start by saying the place is immaculately clean. Doug and Misty definitely put a lot of thought into this place. It took me back to my childhood as soon as I walked in. Looking around at all the nostalgic pieces in the place made me fell like a kid at grandmas again. I love the place and would definitely stay here and recommend to others. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful place.

The place was really cozy and peaceful. We were in town for our son's golf tournament at Latrobe Golf and Country Club and it was an ideal location from the course. The 12 minute drive was practically a straight line through the hills. Carly recommended some great places to dine. There were deer and rabbits in the yard each day. The beds were very comfortable. We wish we would've had more time there to enjoy more of the amenities. If you are looking to stay in the area, I would definitely recommend.

Victoria’s Trailside retreat was so well designed that we felt right at home. We cooked several meals, enjoyed Roku Amazon Prime at night and rode the Boston Trail 3 times for a total of over 30 miles during the daytime hours. The place was precious. Proximity to Pittsburgh and Mill run was wonderful. We also drive into the countryside, fresh vegetables, and the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever seen is amazing. You won’t regret staying here.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The location was perfect for exploring Pittsburgh’s highlights, with easy access to downtown and the Strip District. The space was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and exactly as pictured. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout our visit. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with great local dining options within walking distance. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like local recommendations and seamless check-in process. Would absolutely book again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the Steel City!

Our brief stay at Kevin's place was very comfortable—we would have liked to stay longer! The house was very clean and felt spacious. When we needed the air conditioning turned on, Kevin responded to our message promptly and turned it on remotely.

Vadim’s and Maria’s house is impeccable. Tucked away from the civilization, what a gorgeous place to relax and spend some quality time with your friends and family. The house has everything you’ll ever need including a very special wood-fired sauna and a cold plunge. If you are looking for a perfect place to stay during your fishing trip in the summer or a skiing trip in winter, look no further, - you have arrived!

WOW! We absolutely loved this space. Even in the beginning of winter, it was beautiful comfortable peaceful. My favorite spot was sitting by the fireplace just chilling and loving life. We had family in Pittsburgh, which was easy to get to. We spent a day in Ligonier downtown. It’s cute little shops and restaurants. Every time we came back to the cabin I felt like it was home and smiled and felt good. It was so wonderful when you walked in for the very first time all of the amenities and little extras that Douglas and Betty left was really nice and thoughtful. We will definitely be back~highly highly recommend this place.
