Our 2025 Summer vacay to Carolina Beach was truly one for the record books. As a single girl dad of two (9/15) location is key. This condo is absolutely peak and checked all the boxes. Right on the beach on the 4th floor the family room/balcony sets the ultimate beach vibes the moment you walk in. My 9 year old and I woke up daily to walk the beach at sun rise, on our first morning it felt as if we had the beast ourselves. We saw dolphins as the sun was breaking the horizon and it was absolute magic. After the sunset we'd walk to the boardwalk to get Crush n Grind coffee and play their ring hook games. Followed by Britt's Donuts then back to the condo to wake the teenager. Everything is within walking distance and there is something for EVERYONE. We chartered a boat to shark tooth island with the incredible Captain Sheila's and Chloe with Island Time Water Tours. Found so many shark teeth that made core memories for a lifetime. This condo has a homey and comfortable vibe and is nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, the bath towels etc are high quality and the air conditioning is terrific. Also, it is just a stone’s throw from the ocean, so not only is the view amazing but the sound of the ocean is wonderful. The balcony is spacious and nicely furnished. And, last but not least, Linda is a friendly, gracious and welcoming host.

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

David and Nikki’s condo was a great place for our family of four to stay for a short week! David was quick to reply to any of my messages. Also helpful, was a binder full of restaurants including their menus and times of operation. The beach was just steps away, and the condo was bordered by two pools, which our kids loved!

we had an absolutely wonderful time at the nofo loft! 10/10 recommend booking, everything is so walkable and theres so much to do. all the recommendations were so helpful, and we will absolutely be back :)

I had an awesome stay at Christy’s place in Carolina Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Christy was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. You can tell she really cares about her guests. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Went in for a quick stay. It was perfect, felt like home. Very nice area, she had everything that you might need even if you might of forgotten a toothbrush she had it all! Will stay there again!!

The condo was just and pictured and described. I appreciated the nice gas stove and well stocked kitchen since we cook all our meals instead of eating out. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the covered front porch watching all the activity on the main road. The beach was uncrowded and a very short walk away. Really appreciated the beach tent and chairs that were in the garage.

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Was the perfect amount of space for us. The homes location is great. We were within walking distance to the beach and various restaurants and shops. Mr. Daniel is a great host. Very responsive and friendly. He even ran and extension cord so I could charge my car. No complaints whatsoever and would definitely stay here again.

This condo is a peaceful, hidden gem! Views from the front and back deck and a perfect little beach right across the street. We loved it!

My wife and I enjoyed the home and hated to leave great views of the ocean and boardwalk area walkable to everything the place was clean and felt like home Kimberly was very quick to respond and friendly we plan on coming back

Great location! It was right on the beach so you’re not dealing with a ton of traffic, but also in a safe neighborhood. It was clean, cute, and easy. I thought it was worth the price!! I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a 6 minute drive to the main fun in Carolina Beach and just a little over 20 to where we explored in Wilmington. I’m from the area and rented for my family and I to stay in while they visited, so it’s definitely worth it location/price wise!

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

This is our 2nd stay at this perfect place.. If you want a quaint, nicely laid out and furnished place to stay, extremely near the beach, near entertainment, near restaurants, near the board walk that is just the right size....this is your place. They are great hosts who respond quickly. We will be back for sure. JTG

We stayed for a weekend because we were attending a wedding in Wrightsville. The place is very clean and it has everything you need and more. Gwen is extremely responsive with questions and recommendations and very attentive.The left coffee and creamer available, as well as basics like oil, salt, pepper, sugar. We didn’t cook but the coffee was a great thing to have in the morning as they had also a nice coffee maker to get fresh coffee. The place is extremely convenient. They had a Harris Teeter very close as well as lots of restaurants. The beach is 5 mins away so you can do a lot in less time. I personally recommend the place.

It was the perfect place for a quick work trip! The place was cute, and the perfect size for a couple!

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. Outstanding weekend getaway for 4 adults plus an infant. Beautiful just sitting on the lanai watching the waves roll in, walking the adjacent boardwalk to the beach or walking to restaurants just a couple blocks away. We’ll be back!

It is clear a lot of love and attention goes into maintaining this property. Everything was updated, clean, and organized. Things were clearly labeled to help us during our stay (light switches, cabinets, drawers, etc.). The location was perfect. It was quick and easy to get to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk for restaurants, drinks, and shopping. The view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

Used this as a quiet getaway for a writing. It was so perfect. Was sad to leave. The beach is so beautiful and the house had all the basics with no fuss.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris' place. You can't beat the location and we loved the ocean view from the front balcony. The unit has been renovated and looks brand new with great appliances and decor. Chris was very responsive and told us everything we needed to know, including restaurant recommendations in town. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely one of the best vacations. The location is safe and there is so much to do within walking distance. My girls spent most of their days in the pool and making friends. I cant wait to go back :)
