Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Southfield

Ryan’s place was perfect for my trip to Michigan. The house was adorable and very comfy. It was in a great location and very walkable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Desmond is a great host and very responsive! His property is in a great location and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is very nice and clean and will accommodate you if you have 4-6 people. It would be very beneficial if the half bath is available, especially if you have a family. However, we still made the best of it and were very comfortable in Desmonds home. I would stay there again if it is available the next time we are there!

It was actually more than we expected booked for 2 nights let the kids it for the first day Swimming,basketball outside and in the basement Shot pool play ping pong and watched a movie in the theater room they had an amazing time second night we for the adults music bbq pool side and the deck we enjoyed the whole entire house as a person that owns and rehab homes this property definitely gave me my experience that we’ll never forget ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🤩

This home was extremely clean and very well kept inside. Outdoors could use a little TLC, but I think it's a new listing so I'm sure they're working on it. It was extremely hot so we were mostly indoors when we were there anyway. There was some confusion (on my part) about the wording in the listing (we thought the "pool" referred to was an actual pool, not a pool table :) but it was fine. There was construction on the street in front of the house, but we were there on a week-end, so they weren't working. It was a good location for everything we had planned (all events within 30-40 mins.) so for our family of nine, it worked out great! We appreciated the host's help in resolving an early check-in issue as well. Definitely a safe area and Hippies Pizza just down the block was amazing!

Great location. Exceeded expectations! Only gripe was there weren’t any door shades for more privacy. Would go again.

Beautiful place and had everything we needed! Felt right at home as soon as we got there. Very clean and spacious. The area surrounding is safe and clean and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Deborah was very responsive during the entire stay and was very welcoming! Loved our stay and would highly recommend this place for anyone else visiting the area!

Kathy's home is absolutely lovely. The furnishings were beautiful and the home was well-equipped for our stay. The yard has so many pretty flowers and was serene. Amazing historic apartment right in the heart of Midtown Detroit - walking distance from the Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Historical Museum, Wayne State University, and lots of great restaurants and good energy. Kelsey was a fantastic host - very communicative and super friendly! I'd absolutely come stay again next time I'm in the Detroit area.

I am a repeat guest here because it’s such a great experience. The place is just like the photos and the location is wonderful. Love the aesthetic of the place, the little touches, and the comfy bed.

Quick in and out trip to Detroit and the place was great for the short time we stayed. Bree and Kevin were super responsive and kind. Great Hosts! Got to meet their son too, who is adorable.

This was our second time visiting Allison and Anthony’s place. We love that the location is close to and easy to get to downtown Detroit, while being just outside of the hustle and bustle to feel quiet and peaceful. Their place has everything you need, and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable! To top it off, they provide wonderful local recommendations for activities, shopping, art/architecture, restaurants, and hidden gems!

We enjoyed our stay at Jerilynn’s apartment, she was very accommodating to us and let us check in early as we had an event on the day of our arrival. Was easy to get ahold of as well. The location was lovely, right near the lake and tons of restaurants nearby.

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

This is a very cozy and comfortable condo. We really did feel right at home here. it is very conveniently located to be able to access many restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive to all communications and was even able to accommodate a last minute extension on our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for an event in downtown Ann Arbor. The unit was in a great location and walk-able to everything. I even took a walk down to the Big House which was less than a mile away. So many good restaurants; We highly recommend Echelon Kitchen & Bar on Main Street. The condo is a perfect size for two people and we would love to stay here again!

While the building is a grand old house--the exterior has been rebuilt to it's former glory and the foyer is gorgeous--the attic space where the Airbnb is does not reflect the original late 1800s furnishings. The whole of the Airbnb space matches the photos provided, with only the collar ties to hint at the original look of the place. The neighborhood is well worth a walkabout, if weather permits. Aside from aesthetics, the Airbnb itself was akin to a furnished studio apartment. It was very clean, the shower ran hot and cold, and the aircon behaved perfectly for the 90+ degree outdoor temperatures of my stay. As advertised, the ceiling is very low and sloped, because it is an attic. Anyone over maybe 5'6" will have to crouch some to get into the bed or sit in the center of the couches.

Perfect place to stay with our family for the Island cup soccer tournament. Easily made it to and from soccer complex. Much more comfortable than a hotel room and plenty of space for us. Bonus that the boys were able to go fishing when they had time between games. you can see how much love and work they have put into this building. we absolutely appreciated the history of it and keeping that historic vibe while updating key features. Thanks for the superb hospitality!

Its an older home but very tastefully put together. The decor and remodel is outstanding! The neighbors were a little noisy, but not much we could do about that. Everything was wonderful and my next visit I would definitely select this home again. Very serene!
