Didn’t expect to pay for electricity but yeah, very sensible to prevent wastage of power. I wish it was cheaper though. I know how much the electricity company charges.

The apartment was very easy to find and exactly as described. Everything was clean and ready upon arrival. We had a small issue on the first day – the mattress on the bed was not comfortable. I contacted Darija and she responded immediately: a brand-new mattress was delivered to us very quickly, which we really appreciated. Throughout the stay, she was kind, available, and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. We felt comfortable and welcome. The apartment is also suitable for a longer stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly recommend this place to other travelers.😃👍❤️🥂

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

Dmitry's condo at The Park Surin was a fantastic stay during our 6 weeks in Surin. The unit is exactly as the photos show, had all the amenities, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The second bathroom was recently renovated and the entire unit was very clean. The location is on a hill (which provides a nice view of Bang Tao beach and the hills of Surin). You can easily walk to Surin beach area with restaurants and shops, but highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a short ride to Bang Tao with another beautiful beach and even more shopping and food options. Communication was a breeze, Dmitry was always responsive and helpful. For example, the renovations were not quite complete when we arrived, so Dmitry put us in the penthouse unit for the first two days at his own cost! The unit was so comfortable that it made it difficult to leave when our trip ended, and we would definitely stay again next time we are in Surin!

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und uns gut erholt. Trotz schlechtem Wetter haben wir unseren Aufenthalt auf Samui nicht bereut, dank der Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Service war auch super und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist die Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere Restaurants sind schlecht zu Fuß erreichbar, aber das macht nichts, wenn man einen Roller ausleiht oder mit Taxi oder Tuk Tuk fährt. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder nehmen, wenn wir auf Samui wären. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Très beau logement, très propre, entretien quotidien. Belles piscines, proximité immédiate de la plage, de plus peu fréquentée, et superbe. Petit bémol proximité de la maine road apportant du bruit surtout la nuit, fourmis très envahissantes malgré notre vigilance avec les restes alimentaires. Pas de lave linge à disposition dans le logement. Toutefois très bon rapport qualité prix

If i could give more than 5 stars I would , definitely give this Air BNB , 10 stars . Everything right from the check in , until the day we checked out we felt comfortable and at ease . Regret for only booking 10 days , the next time will stay for a month .The host was very accommodating to our needs . Also they cleaned our room every day and kept clean linen for us . We felt more at home here , and not to forget the pool which was always warm and clean. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be seeing you again .

good communication with Yana, apartment is new. My wife & I think enjoyed the stay throughout. The room is well equipped with daily needs.

Marina en Vivi waren super aardig en behulpzaam. De accomodatie was erg goed, schoon, en met veel voorzieningen. De locatie is prima; een paar minuten van het strand en 10 minuutjes van de walking street. Goede tips en hulp van beide hosts!

Der Aufenthalt war super ! Zakk antwortete immer schnell und hat mir bei Problemen geholfen. Der wasserdruck in der dusche ist nicht besonders gut, der rest aber top ! Würde es jedem empfehlen

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Daria et son équipe, la résidence est sympathique et bien placée, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin et l’équipe était toujours à disposition pour répondre à nos demandes. Je recommande !

Had a great stay at this location. The host was very nice and helpful. The unit is large and very comfortable with an oversized bedroom and bathroom and a great outside deck. We stay at this condo building frequently when visiting the Karon area of Phuket.

This is a fantastic option for anyone who is looking to stay in Phuket and needs access to all the major beaches across the island. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic and there is also Phuket's best craft beer bar about a 2 minute walk away. To top it off, Sam is a one-of-a-kind hotel manager who maintains a very comfortable and wholesome atmosphere in and around the hotel.

The place is exactly as the ad, it is a nice place, with a nice restaurant in the hotel with great view. The beach in front of it is not the best and our toiled was a bit smelly and due to that the smell sometimes would spread to the rest of the room, but in the end it was a good deal and we liked a lot the localization.

Second time staying here for obvious reasons, great stay, clean, nice kitchen and good location. Only downside are the ongoing construction on the backside of the building (not too bad), and the shower temperature that fluctuates a lot. Would still recommend this place to anyone who wants a hotel-like experience with their own kitchen.

The Communication was super easy and nice. The Host did everything he can to make us feel comfortable. The room was as described. Thank you a lot!

Emplacement idéal dans une petite rue protégée de la circulation. Un 7/11 en bas de l’immeuble parfait et la plage de Nai harn à 20min à pied c’était super. Beaucoup de restaurants, massages, location de scooter dans le quartier ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Maria et son assistante ont toujours été très disponibles et réactives ce qui a été apprécié. A noter que l’appartement est un peu vieillissant comparé aux photos mais très bien équipé et très agréable à vivre nous y sommes resté 1mois et c’était parfait pour le quotidien. Attention la piscine est toute petite et donne directement sur la terrasse de certains autres appartements. Nous recommandons le logement de Maria et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the replay condo for one month. It is the Perfect Place for digital nomads that want to hustle but also Take care of their physical and mental Health. Everyday gym, Sauna and the Beach is just across the street.

Över förväntan med städning i gång i veckan och rent sänglinne och handdukar. Hjälpsam personal och lugnt område. Rutger hjälpte oss snabbt när lamporna i badrummet var trasigt. Restaurang, kafé, pool och takpool, barer och gym på området. Gångavstånd in till Kamala by och till stranden. Enda minus var att man fick korsa en stor trafikerad väg för att komma till stranden samt att Wi-Fi var dåligt. Men finns mini bussar som kör till stranden och köper man till eget 5G så funkar det med wifi. Bättre mottagning i receptionen och restaurangen för de som tänker arbeta från boendet.

The room is spacious and clean. The area is quiet and close to the beach. The host is very communicative and friendly. We recommend it.
