Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

I couldnt say enough nice things about the Villa. The Villa was clean and had everything needed to make one comfortable. The Host was very nice and more than accommodating. The space was cleaned on the 4th night, which was included with the stay and was much appreciated. The Villa is located within the small local neighborhood within Bo Put. My only complaint would be the unfinished, rocky/sandy road that leads to the villa. You must be cautious as it is very easy to fall on your scooter, as i did.

Peaceful property surrounded by nature. Not straight into the busy areas but still a great location where you will be 5 to 10min of scooter away from pretty much everything. Highly recommended !

We had a great stay :) Our host was very responsive and easy to talk to, so that our late check-in and early check-out were a soloist no problem. We had a blast exploring everything and it was easy to just walk to the beach and enjoy the sun. 100% recommendation from us 😁

the workers were so kind, super helpful getting us mopeds and offer a laundry service as well which was great. brought us some bananas and cleaned the room everyday! the place is stunning and beds are so comfy.

Great price, full kitchen and work area, right next to The Soi. Quick helpful responses from host! The only downside is the WIFI was slow, so plan on going to a local coffee shop if you need to get work done and you’re on the bottom floor facing the street so it is very noisy hearing bikes and cars all night if you’re a light sleeper.

This has been my second stay at the property. The rooms are great, based on numerous, consistent good qualities, e.g. location, space, cleanliness, service, tranquility, which are also mentioned by others. The host, Laurent is consisently responsive, available to provide solutions to make the stay experience comfortable. And special thanks to the staff team who are always kind, accommodating, and efficient.

We finally had the opportunity to stay at Lyn’s. We’ve been here for several years but never an opportunity to stay as it’s rarely available. Lyn’s place is perfect for small families. Spacious, free of clutter, clean & as described. The complex was quiet due to the low season hence pricing was value for money. What we loved most was the small functional touches at Lyn’s that made a lot of difference such as umbrella, table cloths, laundry baskets, laundry detergents, kitchen paper towels and mid stay cleaning service. I’d definitely recommend Lyn’s if you’re looking at staying in Mai Khao. Just know that unless you’re staying in somewhere like Patong where it’s walkable; a rented vehicle will help in terms of mobility.

This unit was exactly as pictured. Location was great with three excellent rooftop pools. Easy access to local shopping and beaches.

I stayed here for 4-5 weeks, working remotely and had the best time! Natthaya is the most responsive host you will find on Airbnb. Anything from a mattress topper to having the room cleaned every 3 days, it was very easy staying here. She genuinely cares about your stay. You’ll sleep well as it’s a quiet area and very relaxing. Loads of great local places to eat near by and a brand new coffee shop next to the residence. It’s only 15 minute walk to Chaweng beach and it’s a super local area too. Would I recommend? Absolutely and I’ll be back in a few months.

Lovley, no frills stay centrally in Phuket but away from the crowds and near a lovley water reservation. It's really quiet at night. Host is lovley and responded to our requests super fast. Nice person who tries his best to make his guests have a great stay. There is construction next doors but they start only around 9am. No smoke or other things as described by previous tenants. Electrical bill is extra but very fair. Just wasn't mentioned, but for the the price I expected that to be the case anyways. It's an amazing offer for the price U get a huge apartment. Perfect location if U like nature. But yes, bike will be needed to get in and out. We loved our stay and hope to visit again. Was the best accommodation for our 10 days in Phuket. ❤️🙏

Great place, we recommend 100%! Very responsive and available hosts. A beautiful home in an exceptional setting. Possibility to rent a scooter for 250 baths during the day which is essential since there is no grab on the island and the accommodation is away from the center. A great stay thank you so much!

Thantip and her husband are adorable, always ready to help us (transportation, activity booking, scooter rental) they are very available. The accommodation is in a beautiful quiet environment in the jungle

Super quiet location in Jungle, easily accessible restaurants

I absolutely loved staying here. I've been traveling for over a month and this was the first place I felt totally at home. The bathroom was lively and it was so nice to cook in the kitchen. After I left I thought: oh it felt so good to be there it felt like a big hug. Then I remembered that is the name of their place! Hehe thanks so much!

Beautiful house, the vegetation of the jungle is wonderful, you can walk to the beach 8 minutes away. I recommend renting motorcycle or car to get to know the island. A place to enjoy quietly if not so much movement, I extended my stay there. After touring the entire island I would not stay in another area, it feels exclusive to part of the tourist area. The host was very nice, showed me the neighborhood and helped me to wash the car, she gave me recommendations for tours and transportation. She was always attentive and willing. They also cleaned the space, changed sheets and towels during my 7 day stay! The only recommendation I would make is to put mosquito nets on the sliding doors and windows as the heat and smells accumulate. And because of the mosquitoes and animals you cannot open windows to let fresh air into the space

No words for this air bnb. We extended our stay twice, stayed for 2 weeks, left then came back again yesterday. The location is beautiful, host is so so helpful and I need to add how beautiful and kind the dog ‘Coffee’ is. She made the stay 100x better than it already was. Cheap, easy and serine. 🫶🏼
