Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Southern Thailand

Aranya’s little getaway is a perfect, private and peaceful base to explore the Krabi region. She is such an attentitive host. Always with a warm smile and kind word. I got bad backpain one evening and she organized a masseuse and pain releave cream. Can definitely recommend it…

It was so great to stay at Jin’s place! It’s a very spacious and clean house with fully equipped kitchen including a large filtered water dispenser, large veranda, beautiful garden and pool with an awesome view. We were very well looked after, she even organized a pick up and drop off to a special rate for us, which was very helpful 🙏 We’d love to come back sometimes, Thanks so much Gabi

The place is absolutely fabulous. You can’t really grasp the scale of it until you’re there; it’s enormous. The views are stunning, and the main living area truly makes the home special. The bedrooms are lovely, especially the one on the top floor with its private bathroom and fantastic views. The property includes a housekeeper who was there six days a week. The host can also arrange a home-cooked meal, which we tried one evening. It was delicious. They can even arrange massage therapists to come to the house, and the cost was comparable to going out to a salon. One downside is that some of the furniture could use an update, but I understand that’s already in the works. Getting to the location is a bit of an adventure, with an unpaved road and some steep hills. The house is built into the side of a hill, so there’s a bit of a climb between floors. That said this place is an absolute must-rent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay in House 3. It was easy to find, beautiful central location, walking distance from so many great restaurants and a scooter rental. Archie was very helpful. The views from the room were amazing, fully equipped kitchen. We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you so much.

Lovely stay! The hosts made the stay perfect! Upon arrival, during and when checking out, the hosts were always on call and free to answer any queries. They organised our laundry, a boat trip, and the renting of mopeds for us, which was super efficient and saved us a lot of time. The house itself was beautiful, although there is no air conditioning and despite the use of fans, it was a little uncomfortable. Nevertheless, great stay!

This was our favorite accommodation in Thailand. The view is incredible and you can watch it right when you wake up. Rachel was an amazing host, always responding fast and very helpful. She , Janis and Pau gave us great recommendations which were really helpful. Many delicious restaurants and a 7/11 just a few minutes away. The team was very helpful with organizing our transport and very quick. Janis and Pau made sure we had a smooth check in and check out. We definitely recommend staying here.

Nga und Frank sind unglaublich liebe Gastgeber! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es sogar frisches Obst aus ihrem eigenen Garten – so aufmerksam! Sie haben uns am Pier abgeholt und unser Gepäck bis zum Apartment gebracht. Für unseren Aufenthalt durften wir sogar Ngas Roller nutzen, was den Weg zur Unterkunft super unkompliziert gemacht hat. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern – mit vielen liebevollen Details, die eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre schaffen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft – der perfekte Ort, um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, wenn wir Urlaub auf Koh Phayam machen! Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir bei euch wohnen durften und für all eure Hilfe! ❤️

Great location for high top view of Patong beach and surroundings and good flow of wind / breeze

Such a lovely thought out property with all the amenities required for either a short/long stay. Access to a jacuzzi and rooftop gym and direct access to the beach which was the highlight of this property. Lots of shops, restaurants and money exchanges hereby. I would recommend you take the taxi service offered, it make things easy and similar to what a Grab would cost but the service is exceptional. Communication was easy, detailed and proactive. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend as this one if the best Airbnbs I've stayed in, in Thailand. They're thoughtful enough to provide free snacks I would have extended my stay but there was no availability I'll definitely be returning at somepoint

The apartment is amazing! It's cozy, comfortable, and has everything I needed. I want to give a big thank you to Jane—she is a wonderful person who helped me with everything, even things not related to the apartment. The best host ever! :) All of this made my stay incredibly enjoyable.

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

À kata très calme La personne était très à l’écoute et serviable Même si on a rencontré un p’tit problème de porte ils sont venu tt de suite le régler En globalité le logement etzit super Sauf que le prix est quand même élevé Si vous compter rester chiller à la maison allez y Mais si vous souhaitez passer vos journée à l’extérieur pas la peine de dépenser autant Mais si on tt était super bien et la vu est superbe

El alojamiento de Paula más allá de las vistas espectaculares y atardeceres de ensueño que cambian según la hora del día, es sencillamente increíble!🤩 A destacar: cuenta con generador de luz, al menos en la época en que visité el alojamiento se iba mucho la luz pero realmente nunca fue un problema durante nuestra estadía🌴🐚 Tuvimos abundancia de todo: café, bata, toallas para el cuerpo, toallas de cocina, toallas de piscina, todo absolutamente pensando para tu comodidad, es un poco alejado de la zona central pero puedes ordenar comida, moverte en moto, no es realmente un problema y la privacidad y exclusividad valen 100% la pena🙌🏻. El estudio está totalmente equipado, buena cafetera, vajilla, utensilios, con luces cálidas que hacen las noches fantásticas, el equipo nos recibió con el A/C a temperatura lo cual se valora con el calor de la isla, los parlantes de sonido en la terraza son maravillosos, hacen las tardes de ensueño😊 ¡Recomendado! Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist phantastisch und war ideal für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Heinz war leider nicht vor Ort aber jederzeit per Mail erreichbar. Ar hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und stand ebenfalls für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort ist eher überschaubar mit netten Restaurants und ein paar von den üblichen Geschäften für Touristen. Wer mehr Trubel möchte, kann für etwa 200 Bath mit dem Taxi zum Kata Beach oder dem dortigen Nachtmarkt fahren. Letzteres lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Direkt im Ort können Ausflüge gebucht werden, was meiner Einschätzung nach günstiger ist als eine online-Buchung. Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden und können einen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

This place was everything that it was advertised. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and some of the islands. The place was spotless and we felt like we were at home Since we were on a hill, there was a Taxi golf cart to take us up and down when needed.. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable accommodation in Ao Nang. If we plan to go back, we will certainly escape at this condominium if it’s still available.
