Cheap. Nice location. Comfy big bed. Room smelt a bit damp is only drawback. Good shower. Good location.

This was genuinely one of our favourite places in all of Sri Lanka. Incredibly peaceful and beautiful with a stunning view of the lake and just the sounds of nature. The room is very luxurious, from the big comfy bed to the beautiful bathroom with a hot waterfall shower, it was perfect! Madhu’s hospitality was expectional, we were so well taken care of and felt at home right away! We had dinner on the terrace by the lake both nights and it was the most delicious and varied local food we’ve had! The breakfast was also fantastic! One of the highlights was when Madhu offered for us to borrow her paddleboard of the lake where we went round the lagoon at sunset and saw lots of widlife! A truly exceptional place, would definitely recommend!!

This is a fantastic AirBnB house with a beautiful view of ocean, and with gardens, pool, and covered terrace. You are walking distance to two beaches and some good restaurants. The people that take care of the house, Nuska and Kumara, are really wonderful. They are very attentive, bring you fresh juices throughout day, and cook delicious meals. The breakfast is included but lunch and dinner can be served at cost (which is way cheaper than restaurants and at least as delicious). We spent a week here and that wasn’t enough…it really is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We had such a great time at this place with my family. Our kids could play outside and we adults had a chance to relax. The whole host family were just lovely. Food was good, we got something for everyone (not an easy task). They helped us with everything we needed and were really flexible.

This place was so beautiful! So many well kept plants and the pool area was so nice. The gentleman working there and the lady that cooked were so kind and sweet and always smiling and wanting to help. Food was delicious. very kind people, even offered us our room to rest in after a safari after our check out time, so nice! Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again and again and again!

Wir hatten eine Nacht in der Unterkunft gebucht und die Begrüßung war super lieb und freundlich. Wir wurden mit einem leckeren Bananen Smoothie empfangen. Man muss jedoch genau auf seiner Karten App schauen. Es kann passieren das man über Googl-Maps hinter das Haus geleitet wird. Jedoch muss man am besten einfach auf der Hauptstraße bleiben und dann findet man es schnell.

Traveling can get exhausting, chanakas place is perfect if you feel like staying at home, reading and enjoying some private life in your cabanas. The design is quite unique and one gets the feeling of being at home, as soon as Faust welcomes you.

Kumara ist ein äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber und hat auf alle Anliegen schnell reagiert! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einzig allein der Lärm der Straße ist nichts für leichte Schläfer ;) Herzlichen Dank für die zwei Tage!

Gorgeous place! I’ll be back next season for sure but with my partner and toddler. I saw so many couple with babies and young children, and groups of friends. Really nice place for all kinds of groups of people :)

Das Jungalow ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, vorallem mit dem Pool und die schöne Aussicht in den Regenwald, wo man auch immer wieder Affen und diverse andere Tiere sieht. Die Gastgerber Familie ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit, ich habe selten solch freundliche Menschen gesehen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

We enjoyed our stay. Our host and staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The space is very serene, and the location is perfect - not far from shops and restaurants but at the same time quiet and peaceful. We felt very welcomed and very well taken care off.

My wife and I loved the villa and it was a bonus to be there during off-season when we had the place to ourselves as there was no other booking. Praneeth was very helpful throughout our stay and gave us a lot of suggestions to explore Galle and the nearby beaches. Sampath's breakfast fishes were delicious and set us for the day. I would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Galle because it is situated away from the hustle bustle and in the lap of nature. The pool was amazing after a day of adventure. I plan to book the villa again for my next visit with my family.

Отличная комната, чисто, все работает, белье и полотенца свежие, кондей мощный, насекомых нет, дают переходники для розеток и роутер, если вайфай не тянет. Персонал очень старается помочь, реагируют на любую мелочь и стараются думать наперед.

The Nuga House ist eine super entspannte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeitenden sind wundervoll - immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und haben immer ein Lachen auf den Lippen. Wir waren dort mit einem vierjährigen Kind und obwohl die Unterkunft eher auf Yoga und Surfen als auf Familien spezialisiert ist, wurden unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie (spezielles und größeres Haus mit extra breitem Bett und Extrawünsche beim Essen) super gut und proaktiv berücksichtigt. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass das Frühstück inklusive war. Wir wären auch länger geblieben, wenn nicht schon alles ausgebucht gewesen wäre :-)

非常宁静的房源，无敌的胡锦与周边的绿林融为一体，可以看到各种鸟类蓝色的红色的一切可可爱爱的东西。房子干净非常有设计感。所有的服务人员都非常有善热情地为我们提供各种服务，我们入住期间是中国的新年，他们特意准备了当地的斯里兰卡庆祝节日的餐食给我们。都非常美味，餐具很精致，颜色搭配特别有心意。因此我们原来计划住两个晚上，后来又增加了一个晚上。酒店还安排了让我们去了解肉桂的成长及制作的活动非常有意思，还去了肉桂庄园老先生的家，感受了当地的文化。下一次我还是会选择这家酒店也强烈推荐你也来。

Wir haben uns bei Magda und Domi sehr wohl gefühlt. Die zwei haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und gaben uns gute Tips für die Umgebung. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Gemeinschaftsräume waren sehr großzügig und es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war toll und wir haben viel Zeit darin und drumherum verbracht :) und unsere Tochter liebte zusätzlich das Trampolin. Alles in Allem war es mit die Schönste Unterkunft in Sri Lanka.

We absolutely LOVED staying at NETS. The room was beautiful and clean and the common areas were comfy. The pool was great to use on a lunch break. The co-working space was brilliant, easy to access and you can book separate rooms for meetings. The staff were amazing! Wir hatten das absolute Highlight unserer Reise. Shehan ist ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber, der wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Das Resort ist traumhaft gelegen und Shehan hat für uns eine unvergessliche, privat geführte Tour durch den Yala Park organisiert. Wir haben abseits des Massentourismus Leoparden, Elefanten und viele andere Tiere gesehen. Die Übernachtung im Bungalow mitten in der Natur auf einer Terrasse war einzigartig - wir sahen Glühwürmchen, hörten die Naturgeräusche und bekamen sogar Besuch von einem Elefanten namens Kumaare! Shehan's Wissen über den Park ist einfach beeindruckend. Unbedingte Empfehlung !! Er hat alles perfekt organisiert, von der Abholung am Flughafen bis hin zur Tour und Unterkunft. Ich kann Shehan und sein Resort nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen! Seine Kochkunst: 5 Sterne plus! Bester Guide für individuelle Ausflüge!!! Great location, near all my favourite restaurants. Amazing view of the beach.

We stayed a week at Slow Life boutique hotel. It felt very safe and contained . Our room was lovely upstairs with a little balcony ,air conditioning and our own bathroom. Everything was very clean our sheets and towels were changed . The common area was available but when in the hotel we spent more time in our lovely cool bedroom. Marissa was interesting to explore . The southern end of the beach was a lot calmer to swim in. It was great watching the surfers at the northern end of the beach . The only thing that wasn’t available was facilities to cook our own food . But that was fine as there were so many lovely places to eat in Marissa. Our hosts organised a scooter for us to use . Thanks very much for everything.

Super Unterkunft. Schlichtes Zimmer mit außergewöhnlicher Aussicht! Amesh ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief einfach. Das optionale Frühstück ist sehr lecker und authentisch. Strände, Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten dort eine gute Zeit!

Great place to stay to explore Tangalle. Place is very clean and spacious. It’s also 1 min walk from a great beach with a very nice quiet seafood restaurant. The pool area is also really nice to relax.

Beautiful, quiet location with lots of wildlife (and some very playful puppies). The villa is made up of 2 very large bedrooms and large bathroom/wet room with bath, one upstairs one downstairs. Both looking over the lake. Lovely bar and dining area with pontoon on the lake and food is very good. Staff were very welcoming, attentive and friendly, always on hand for anything we needed, including transport. The vila is a short distance from the Mulgirigala Rock Temple which is worth a visit and only a few £’s to get there in a TukTuk and entry - you will be offered flowers and a tour at the entrance before you get to the ticket office (these are extra).
