We stayed for 1 night on our way up to play Tobacco Road. The house is beautiful and spacious. Walkable to most things in Southern Pines. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks.

Awesome, convenient pinehurst condo close to the resort! Comfortable and well furnished. Host was extremely responsive, came through at a very late in the day request within 10 minutes! Would definitely stay again!

The home was perfect for our stay! It was close proximity to all of the golf courses we were going to, which made it convenient. Laila was very responsive and helpful with additional info on go-to restaurants.

We aren't ABB newbies. We have stayed from Florida to Tennessee to elsewhere. NO OTHER ABB matches the meticulous attention to details, true and incomparable cleanliness and responsive caring hosts as Chris & Crystal. Chris knew our stay was a sorrowful one due to our family's funeral. Our children are priority. They needed to feel safe, be in an environment that matches their home and have peace as we began the process of grief. Crystal, Chris' property manager, is a GEM. Truly. She knew we needed respite. This home is SPOTLESS & all amenities needed. No way can someone be as clean and OCD as my wife, yep, Crystal is. This gave my wife the ability to rest. Every other ABB states 4/ 5 ☆ cleanliness. Guests state that. From real experience, none have matched the genuine care to detail of a fresh, clean and on point home as Chris'. I'm talking about our ABB stays where guests state their acclaim. We walk in, knowing those claims are false. Chris & Crystal...the dream team of ABB.

Love this house and the decor!

There were eight of us and the house had everything we needed plus great style, which we also appreciated!

Cottage was very cute and just as the host described. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Backyard was great for our dogs. Walkable to several restaurants and coffee shops and very convenient by car to much more. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to stay. Exactly what we were looking for when we were booking a quick golf trip.

This was a perfect place to stay with our pup for the weekend. It's a short walk to the entrance to the park with lots of fun trails for walking. Quiet, peaceful, but close to the towns in the area. Adorable indoor decor and great outdoor access - pool, fire pit, parking. The heater was malfunctioning before our stay and they were proactive in telling us about it (it heated, but made a loud sound while doing so). They offered a refund, and when we said we'd stay anyways they provided a space heater. We were able to use the space heater overnight and it worked just fine for such a small place. I'm sure they'll fix it for the next guests and we were pleased with their communicativeness and solution-oriented ideas! It was also our choice to stay despite the heater sounds. We were also not able to get the wifi to work but would still stay here again and recommend it to others!

The entire complex is spectacular - beautiful inside and out. Close to the Pinehurst Village - although honestly hard to leave the backyard. A great place for multiple couples!

6 guys visiting their childhood buddy who moved to the area a few years ago. The house was a perfect home base for us. Just perfect. Open layout, pool after a long day of playing golf, plenty of rooms for privacy, perfect location to all the golf clubs and breweries, bars, restaurants. Daniel and Ruth were super responsive to our needs. Highly recommended to large groups or for families. 🙏🤝

My best friend and I came to Kaitlyns AirBnB for a Girl's Trip Weekend. The house was wonderful and the beds were comfy. The layout of the house gave my friend and I our own areas for privacy but also had a very welcoming living room and sun room for catching up and drinking coffee and tea. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we came into contact with was super nice and helpful. If you want a place to unwind, relax, and reconnect with family or friends this is definitely the place for you!

We stayed for a weekend show at the horse park, which was close by. Haley’s home was better than advertised, close enough to restaurants but far enough away from it all to be very peaceful. The pool and fire pit were perfect! Excellent communication!

We stayed here for 3 months after our home caught fire. It felt like home from the first day. Rene was so kind. She opened the pool early for us and kept it clean, and the yard was picked up and mowed. She set up snacks for us on move-in day, and the pantry was well stocked. The backyard pool paradise was stunning. Lots of gorgeous plants, trees, and flowers. A Roku TV, Echo Dot, and gas fire pit table on a patio gazebo were perfect for nights out in any weather. This house is on a quiet cul de sac with nice, quiet neighbors on all sides.

Beautiful home with an equally beautiful setting. The kitchen was well equipped. We spent an amazing time with family. There was plenty of room for all. Very comfortable. Hosts were great as they checked with us often to make sure all was well.

Jessica’s place was great for us and she was very responsive and accommodating. Location is close to Southern Pines and Pinehurst with plenty of things to do. The house is on a street in transition with several newer houses like hers but also some older ones that need work. Overall it worked out well and it was a great pet friendly location for our stay in the Pinehurst area.

I have to say, this was hands down the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in—like, “eat-off-the-floor” clean (though we didn’t lol). This cozy little cottage was absolutely perfect for us and our two fur babies during our temporary adventure in homelessness. We’d just sold our home in Pinehurst and were commuting to work in Downtown Aberdeen, so this place was a total lifesaver—close, comfy, and charming. Now that we know this gem is right around the corner, we already have big plans: anytime family comes into town, guess who’s not staying at our house and leaving mysterious stains on our couch? That’s right. We’ll be booking this place for them—because we love them... just not that much.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Home was stunning, beautifully decorated, very clean, and smelled wonderful. The community was stunning and my wife felt very safe walking our dog around the community each evening. We loved that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. That was a big bonus in our opinion. It was like each individual family had their own hotel room, but in a beautiful home. Erin was great at communicating and we will definitely stay here again if given the chance.

The Tiny Butterfly was a great place to get away from home. I live not far away but have always wanted to try tiny house living and this was a great experience! The house was clean and I loved the wrap around deck! The weather was amazing so I enjoyed the outdoors most the time. Maybe I'll build my own tiny house one day! I definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Pinehurst home with our friends, four young kids, and their pup! The walkability to the cute downtown was perfect, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful details—from the makeup towel and bathroom heater to the modern remodel with sleek black fixtures. The backyard was great for the kids to run around, and the neighborhood felt peaceful and safe.

Wonderful place to stay!! Quick access to the courses . Quiet peaceful neighborhood!

Location, Location, Location! If you are visiting Pinehurst for a golf trip or to stay for a junior golf tournament, this condo cannot be beat!
