The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Lime Tree is a 1 bedroom apartment in the beautiful village of Millbrook, run by a local family: It is 5 minutes away from Whitsand Bay Beaches and a couple of minutes away from the fishing villages of Kingsand/Cawsand. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.

sallys home was exactly as described and pictured ,quirky, interesting, individual and with a homley feel. It was clean and well presented. we felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Well located to a few local shops and pubs , and well situated to get to many of plymouths offerings and surrounding areas. Parking at the flat was hassle free. Instructions and directions where clear so getting there and getting in was stress free. Communication was responded to quickly. All on all it was a stress free stay for us, sally offers a great opportunity to say in her lovely home and is a great host.

Waterside home for family holiday

Everything was great. I struggled with the slope from the car parking area down to the back door of the house (I have a lung condition) - something for people with greater mobility issues to consider. There was also an issue with the gate lock which appeared to have been jammed and the gate had to be lifted up to open - again difficult for me personally but not for a fully fit person. Having said this I can't fault the house. Everything which we might want in small quantities e.g. oil, sugar, salt was available for us. Basics were supplied e.g. towels, tea towels, etc. The dishwasher and washing machine also were a real bonus with three little ones in tow. The games room kept the children occupied along with craft items for those who love this sort of thing. The house was clean and is clearly a home as well as a let.

Fantastic flat in wonderful location! Would highly recommend a stay at Abi’s place it is comfortable, chic, well equipped if you want to stay in, and right next to the sea and great restaurants. We will definitely be back next year!
