Minha estadia foi simplesmente perfeita! A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, muito cheirosa e ainda melhor do que nas fotos, me surpreendeu positivamente logo na chegada. O ambiente é super acolhedor, com tudo muito bem cuidado, o que fez toda a diferença para eu me sentir à vontade e relaxada. A localização também é excelente, e o anfitrião foi super atencioso e solícito o tempo todo. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo de olhos fechados!

Such a clean and spacious place to stay for a week! Very walkable to almost everything you need in Rio. The beach is right out front, multiple restaurants within 2-3 mins of walking, and the grocery stores are right across the building. Quite honestly such a steal for the spot you’re getting! Never felt unsafe in our stay here and the doormen were always greeting us! Host was extremely responsive in a timely manner. The view from the balcony overlooking copacabana beach is also breathtaking! If you do have an earlier flight before check-in or a later flight after check-out, the doormen might not be comfortable keeping your luggages in storage which is not the host’s fault. It honestly depends on who is working at that time. Which I understand because we had a bunch of big luggages. The doorman working at the moment just wasn’t comfortable being responsible for that many personal belongings. There is a storage unit company just right across the street and we had no problems using it!

Foi um prazer enorme poder desfrutar do espaço da Gabi!!! Que encanto, nos mínimos detalhes… arquitetura impecável!! Espero voltar outras vezes!! Perto da praia e ao mesmo tempo um lugar tranquilo, andar alto e nos arredores tem de tudo!!!! Recomendo demais!!!

Minha namorada e eu gostamos muito do apartamento. É bem localizado, a uma quadra da praia (Posto 11, Leblon) e a uma quadra da Avenida Ataulfo de Paiva, onde você encontra uma variedade de comércios e lugares para comer. O apartamento está em ótimo estado e também muito limpo. Só tivemos experiências positivas — sem dúvidas, voltarei!

Die Unterkunft, hat mit Abstand eine der besten Aussichten über die Stadt. Bei Tag und bei Nacht ist es atemberaubend. Man will den ganzen Tag im Garten oder auf der Terrasse verbringen. Durch die gute Lage kommt man eigentlich mit uber überall gut hin. Ricardo war immer sehr bemüht uns zu helfen und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wenn wir nochmal in Rio sind werden wir definitiv wieder kommen und wir empfehlen sie jedem der plant in Rio zu bleiben.

Eu AMEI o apartamento. Super funcional, organizado, limpo e a vista é literalmente um sonho. O anfitrião se comunica muito bem e é muito solícito. Recomendo 1000%!

Wij verbleven maar twee nachten maar was zeker de moeite waard! Locatie is top; aan de hoofdstraat met veel leuke café’tjes en restaurants op wandelafstand. Het grote terras is ook zalig! Zowel in de ochtend om rustig te ontwaken als in de avond met geroezemoes & live muziek van de in de buurt liggende cafés. Leuke ervaring in authentieke sfeer.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Igor. Le petit studio est très fonctionnel et bien placé. Igor était très réactif quand j'avais une question. Si je retourne à Rio j'y retournerais sans hésité.

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Thank you !

BEST HOST!!! We have collectively stayed in 100s of Airbnb’s and Marcos is by far the best host we’ve ever had. Anything you need Marcos is always on top of it. Incredibly kind and helpful guy! His space is amazing: spectacular view, quiet at night (fall asleep to the sound of the ocean), two routers with VERY fast wifi, ample space and comfortable beds. Right outside of the apartment is a walking/biking path that you can take for a short walk or bike to Leblon beach. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rio!

A localização da acomodação é excelente. Mobilidade e fartura de comércio. A comodidade de ter garagem é uma estrela a parte. Um excelente banho, privacidade mas o colchão da cama precisa ser renovado, em nossa opinião.

Kenia was responsive and kind. Everything was smooth and the place is cute and comfortable! You have everything you need and it’s got great natural light. Would recommend!

La atención de Sergio fue muy buena tanto en los días previos brindándonos información como posterior. El departamento es amplio, tiene todas las comodidades y estaba muy limpio. Vista a la playa excelente, con amenities y seguridad. Lo encontramos limpio, completo y ordenado. Recomendamos!

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, pena que durou pouco. A localização é perfeita. A vista incrível e o apartamento super aconchegante e espaçoso. Me senti em casa! Além disso o condomínio é super familiar, com informações claras e boa comunicação entre os funcionários. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos e maior que o esperado. Fica bem próximo da Olegario que tem exatamente os melhores bares, restaurantes e tudo que você precisa como: mercado, padaria, academia… Gostei bastante e nem queria ir embora kkk com certeza voltarei. Agradeço a Ana por todas as informações e disponibilidade.

This property is worth every penny. Great location, it's in between the best neighborhood of Rio (Copacobana & Ipanema). Walkable to the best & famous beaches, tons of great restaurants, grocery stores, bars, club, and many more. The host is very responsive, accommodating, flexible and generous with time. I highly recommend this place.

El lugar es pequeño pero acogedor con todas las comodidades posibles para poder cocinar, bañar y dormir, a pesar de quedar en lugar concurrido no se escucha nada de afuera, los conserjes super atentos a nuestras llegadas y salidas y muy buena onda. Esta ubicado en lugar super central a 10 min del metro cinelandia caminando lo que conecta con muchos atractivos turísticos y cerca de muchos lugares atractivos como la escalera de selaron y los arcos de lapa a pie, además de los bares de lapa a menos de 1 cuadra, los uber llegan y dejan sin problemas y hay panadería 24 hrs, farmacias y verdulerias muy cerca. Nos encanto el lugar y recomiendo 100% la estadía en el. Luiz siempre atento a nuestras preguntas.

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.
