Holiday home rentals in South Zealand

Mette’s home is a little slice of paradise. Gorgeous setting and garden, surrounded by lush fields and very few neighbors. Within easy driving distance of Stege and Borre, and about a 30 minute walk to the sea. My only concern was walking through the tall grasses, as there are many deer ticks. Long pants, socks, shoes (not sandals) and long-sleeved tops are recommended. Additionally, while there are 2 bathrooms, one is in a separate building, just two steps from the main house, with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The indoor bath has shower, sink and toilet. Mette’s description of her home mentions most of this, but having just spent a week there, these are important points to consider. In closing, I can confirm that I slept better there than in my own bed!

Everything worked out fine and we had a very nice stay. The apartment was optimal for our visit to relatives. With two separate bedrooms including an additional 1.40 m bed, three adults and two kids easily fit in. The cottage is fully equipped and upscale and in a very well maintained condition. It is located in a well-kept holiday home settlement near the fjord. We will be happy to return on occasion!

After our visit in 2022 another wonderful stay in Anne Mettes cosy house in Lohals. I have been travelling to Lohals for more than 40 years and it's still a fantastic place to relax. Anne Mettes house is located close to the northern beach and a large wood area. Just a few minutes walk to Lohals harbour, there're bicycles at the house so one can get to the wonderful Hedos bakery in Tom Knudsens vej or to the Brugsen supermarket quickly. We and the kids love it and would love to come back again and again! ;-)

We had some nice, quiet days here. The accommodation is perfect for relaxing. You could walk to the beach in 2 minutes, which was very nice. The house is first class equipped, we lacked nothing at all! In addition, everything is super cute in the Scandinavian style, which we loved. It was perfectly suitable for recreation, but if you are more on action, you should rather look for something else. The small towns on the island are really very small and don't give much. Nevertheless, super beautiful nature, also for extensive walks.

Safely lovely house and garden is clearly a real family summerhouse with lots of charm and opportunities for both children and adults - and has been the perfect base for us ( 2 families with children and grandmothers) for 4 days where we could relax and enjoy ourselves from time to time we explored lovely Møn . We have enjoyed and played together in the main house and could relax alone in the annexes - which is really nice when many are together . - and Tryggvi is a really good host who responds quickly - with great helpfulness - so we thank you for a lovely stay in the most beautiful autumn weather 🌞👏😊

Older summer house, cozy atmosphere, walking distance to the beach and harbor. Simple family layout with everything you need. We recommend the house Everything worked, fine explanations for everything.

A cozy accommodation on a smaller, family-owned farm. Beautiful views of rolling fields with different crops. Walking paths are available around the farms, perfect if you have a dog 👍 6 minutes by car to ICA Tygelsjö, where there is also a Pizzeria and a small tavern. Close to Klagshamn's beaches (by car or bicycle). Sofia and her whole family are very friendly and accommodating 🤗 Opportunities to buy eggs and honey from the farm. We had a nice stay during our days at this accommodation.

Tine is an extremely communicative and friendly host. We felt very comfortable in their summer house. It was very clean, cozy and comfortably furnished. Depending on the time of day and weather, you can sit very comfortably inside or almost around the house and have a nice time. Even despite high season, the very quiet beach can be reached in just under a minute on foot and allows a good view of the cliffs and the small fishing village. We didn't miss anything and we'd love to come back!

My husband, our 2 dogs, and I stayed for 2 nights at Svetlana's very nice apartment. We were so happy to find the perfect place for our dogs and close to the city center of Copenhagen. The cozy apartment has everything we needed. Tip for guests with dogs: Amazing dog park (5-10 min. by car) near by called "Hundepark Brøndbyskoven."

Great, newly renovated flat in a beautiful old neighbourhood with cute and colourful houses, peaceful woodland and a very laid back atmosphere all around. Close to shops and harbour/beach. We had delicious food everywhere we ate and are already planning our trip back! A little slice of heaven on a warm summer’s day.

We enjoyed our stay here hugely. The location by the beach is amazing and there are supermarkets easy walking distance. Very useful if you arrive by public transport. Pernille communication was so helpful. The house was perfect with kayaks for the beach and also helpful condiments in kitchen and shampoo in shower...again super helpful when trying to travel light. I really hope I can return one day.

What a lovely welcoming home. Amazing location, well equipped, beautiful space, relaxed with the sea right at the end of the garden. We'll be back!

A really lovely summerhouse that contained everything we needed. An owner with the heart in the right place, which the place was characterized by👍 West Zealand just something - hope others have a wonderful holiday there, just like us❤️

It was great to stay at Camilla’s summer house. Nice place to go with family or friends and enjoy a calm weekend. I would repeat!

Katja's house was in a quiet place, there was everything a guest needs. I will recommend it to others. We will definitely come back.

Our stay was great and the place exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful, the beds sleep well, the shower has a good water jet, the kitchen has everything needed (including sharp knives) and when we asked for it we could borrow a second high chair for our dreumes of 1. In addition, the garden is very spacious and full of places for children to play. Our oldest daughter of 7 didn't want to leave! It was also nice that there was sufficient entertainment, such as a marble track and even wool + knitting needles. Hosts, both Josefine and her partner, are very helpful and approachable. They live in the other half of the farm, which also makes them close. For a next stay to Møn I would definitely consider this place again.

It all went easily I wrote / ordered even then a little late and was a little pressed with and find a place where we could be 3 men when we were on Zealand and work but she responded quickly and I got instructions to where key and it was Clearly a good experience and a nice place to be

Our stay in the two summer houses was quite wonderful. The houses are incredibly beautiful, tasteful and personally decorated. Also the whole area and play facilities for kids are amazing! Contact with Martin was straightforward, friendly and helpful at all times! We had a wonderful week in Denmark and would go back to this enchanting place at any time! Thank you very much for the nice days in your cottages!!!
