Set in the Heart of The Peak District, we have placed our beautiful fully equipped Shepherd's Hut in a spectacular setting with views right across the Hope Valley and Castleton. Our hut is designed to the highest of standard, with everything from under floor heating to wireless charging points. From the moment you approach our Shepherds Hut you are greeted with motion sensor exterior lights, open the doors kick off your shoes and feel right at home with warmth from the under floor heating.

Birch Cottage

Birch Cottage is the perfect setting for family holidays, couples breaks to unwind and relax. With a private indoor heated swimming pool. Spectacular views overlooking the Hope Valley, Castleton and footpaths right outside your doorstep Birch Cottage is a fantastic starting point to explore the all that the Peak District and Derbyshire have to offer. Located in the heart of the Peak District National Park offering so many activities in the Hope Valley, Castleton and surrounding areas.

Twitchill Farm Cottages

Charming self catering holiday cottage sleeping up to 16 guests with a private indoor heated swimming pool and a large private garden. Located in the heart of the Peak District National Park offering panoramic views over the Hope Valley and Castleton and its famous Caverns and historic Peveril Castle. Situated right in the heart of The Peak District National Park makes us a fantastic base from which to explore the huge array of activities and places to see that are offered by the area.

Uppergate Farmhouse Apartment

The one bedroom apartment is located in a self contained wing of a listed farmhouse. Oak beams, flag floors, with every modern convenience. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus cot); the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area. The farmhouse has a patio area, parking and free access to the pool for 70 minutes from 7pm each evening; earlier private slots can be booked with us for a modest fee subject to availability. 1 pet welcome.

Teal cottage, hot tub, stunning views & spa option

Teal cottage is all on the ground floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private hot tub* and exclusive use of the owners private pool* available. There is ample private parking. Tucked away up a long private drive, this isolated cottage has stunning views from every room and from the patios and hot-tub. However, it is only a ten minute walk down into (usually vibrant) Holmfirth. *Use of the hot tub and pool available at additional cost see below for more details.

Eider cottage with private hot-tub & spa options

Eider cottage is a listed weavers cottage tucked away behind the church in the very centre of this quaint village. Retaining many original features including mullion stone Windows, kitchen floor, steps, beams, floorboards and inglenook. It has a private secluded hot tub for an additional cost. Exclusive use of the owners private heated indoor swimming pool, spa bath and sauna is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Peak District National Park in this newly renovated (finished Easter 2024) luxurious period cottage with 4 bedrooms, each with its own dedicated shower/bathroom and a breathtaking view for you to enjoy with family and friends. Be one of the first to experience the views from the hot tub and upstairs sitting room or balcony.

The Rowan Yurt

A superb, luxury glamping Yurt - set in beautiful woodland on the edge of our farmland in the Yorkshire Pennine hills. Log stove, private kitchen/ bathroom, own hot-tub and use of the owners heated indoor pool (normally in the evenings with adult only slots for 'glampers'). Only a short walk to village pubs/ cafe
