The outdoor heated covered pool is functional from mid May to October, weather depending. Large garden with gas barbeque. walking distance to Wadsley Common, SWFC, and the picturesque village of Bradfield. Easy access to peak district, mins away from the Rivelin and Loxley Valley's. Tram stops and buses to University and Town centre are minutes away... Peaceful location.

The house is a fully modernised semi, built in 1927, so it has good sized rooms. The bedroom has a small en-suite, one very comfortable king sized bed for two people, a small table for a laptop, great internet and wardrobe space. It does not have two single beds. A continental style breakfast is available.
