Our second Tiny House Farm Stay is a space to RECONNECT with loved ones, the land and with nature as you are immersed in a regenerative agricultural system that is all connected as one living, breathing ecosystem. A place to RECHARGE and RETREAT, close your eyes, breathe in, smell the fresh air, sweet soil, lemon blossom and surrounding forests. To RE EXAMINE, RE AWAKEN and RESET a vital biological connection with the earth through our land and our food.

• Relax in this spacious cabin with a tranquil bush setting on the edge of the forest, yet only 6-min from shops. • Splendid views! • Cook your own meals in fully equipped kitchen, on BBQ or enjoy dining out locally. • Child-friendly. • Sleeps 2 comfortably. For a short stay - can accommodate up to max 6 people (4 in the Cabin + another 2 in onsite vintage caravan). • The spacious bathroom-with-a-view is accessed from covered veranda. Under-floor heating, generous shower, toilet and vanity.

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic Windows Estate vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. Little Hop House is a small home nestled amongst the green, rolling hills of the Preston River Valley in beautiful, southwest Western Australia. Situated on a working farm, only five minutes out of the nearby town of Donnybrook, but a world away from city life. Whether you want to snuggle up by the fire, explore the trails, enjoy some local produce, wines or craft beer, or perhaps visit some of the cute farm residents, Little Hop House is ready to offer you a little escape. @littlehophouse

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, wifi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with hand rails, down to The Studio. Our studio awaits you to make everyone feel relaxed having left all the city pressures behind. Perfect for a romantic getaway or for a small family. The property itself is 4 acres and is fenced from the river making it secure for children, whilst the studio is also enclosed with fencing with a comfortable, private outdoor area. Fully fitted out, and newly renovated studio set-up. Nearby to Gnomesville and beautiful wineries with walking and bike tracks. Bunbury is 20 minutes away.

Boanning Bayside

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Private studio accommodation, a 3 minute walk to the beach, bike track & Busselton Jetty precinct ( bikes available)
