Koonga Maya is tucked away in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.
