Access is via narrow stairs. The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and in excellent condition. In addition, the balcony with a laundry room outside was useful to accommodate beach products. They provide deckchairs, sunshades and cleaning supplies for everyday use.

Impeccable and comfortable accommodation, family place, quiet and with 0 annoying noises. Wifi, air-conditioning and tv functioning perfectly, plus a full kitchen. Access to the house and the surroundings is by road on the ground, but this does not make it difficult and does not prevent access, the sand ramp that in the comments was a negative point, no longer exists, super quiet to climb with any type of car. Bruna gave us indications of places and trails to do, it was amazing, we did some and we visited some restaurants that were indicated and it was amazing. Super recommend and we would definitely come back. We love the fact that we can take our puppy♥️.

Hello!! We are a marriage with a 6 year old girl. Everything was spotless!! We went on honeymoon Silvia was always in communication with us and Miguel welcomed us! Some genius both!! Miguel knows everything you ask him restaurants, place to go for all budgets guides you.. the place is nice, it has S-Mart TV and wifi. The super comfy bed and the sofa bed the same! There are two super cool fans. The shower is a luxury! The kitchen is great I made some super good empanadas! We hope to be back soon ! Those 15 days we spent at the house was extraordinary, wonderful. Me, my husband and Scooby (our pet) were very well received by Bruna and her lovely Sogros (Detinha and Beto), dear and very helpful people. We were promptly taken care of in everything we need and received great indications of places, beautiful beaches, very close by for us to know. Bakery, market, pharmacy and general commerce are located in the vicinity of the house. The house is just like in the listing, large, with all the necessary items, very well equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, wonderful patio, spacious rooms, super comfortable beds, not to mention cleaning and organization. Privileged place for rest. We will definitely be back. It's been a great few days.

All quiet, I loved the cleanliness. I just missed the wood I didn't have. And it would be interesting a door down the hallway to isolate the noise of the refrigerator that contrasted with the quiet of the house. We loved the house .

The accommodation is truly impeccable, a very complete home, with all the necessary utensils, bedding, good space to receive a group of people. The differential is due to the heated pool, but we were unable to take advantage of it because the heating pump gave a problem, they sent a technician to arrange it and he said it was all right but unfortunately it did not work, the pool remained freezing. This was not an impediment because in the house there were other things to do, and the fun was guaranteed. I return and recommend this home to everyone!

Everything was as it was in the listing description, even though it was a shared space (3 cabins), the common areas are distributed to each house, being very private with a service area. The place is surrounded by nature, we receive visits from pleasant animals every day. Close to the beach, which is very private without much movement, making the environment very familiar.

One of the best places we've stayed. The house is very complete, we liked the water filter, the water heater for taps and bathrooms, freezer and refrigerator are separate appliances, brewery, portable barbecue, all kitchen utensils are easy to find, and there are many. The rooms are comfortable and the acoustic comfort is excellent. All windows have an insect screen, very useful when it comes to keeping air circulating without any surprises. The grounds are huge, they have a very well-kept garden, nice to walk in, and the lawn around the house was perfect for playing with my kids. The sea in front of the house has calm and clean waters, you can enjoy it at any time. Beach equipment available.

The house is beautiful, very comfortable and spacious, with a very useful laundry room, with everything you can think of for cooking, the quincho and spectacular grill, the sink is beautiful, nothing was missing, the location is good because we went to several beaches as an alternative to the main one, since it was full of cars, we enjoyed a beautiful family vacation. Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Cleidi are extremely polite and attentive, presenting each corner of the space very carefully. We were afraid to locate the space due to the presence of the owners in the building (in the back), but they were extremely discreet and almost did not leave the private space, which did not cause any discomfort. The house has an impeccable decor, full of personality, and many of the furniture was made by Mr. Paulo, which brings a special and welcoming touch. The leisure space is a great differential, providing a harmonious integration between children and adults. In addition, the house offers everything needed for a pleasant day on the beach, which is very close. The beach is calm and little busy (we went to Carnival), ideal for those who seek rest and want to get away from the bustle.
