Holiday rentals with a patio in South Region

The space, although small, is quite optimized and functional, serving a couple well. The decor is beautiful and has all the necessary equipment. The building has great infrastructure.

The cottage is a grace! Very pleasant, a beautiful view, exactly like the ad. I would leave only two suggestions, one for the hosts and one for those who want to rent: to the hosts, please leave more bathroom mats and/or floor cloths, because when using the bathtub it is inevitable that it gets wet and we had nothing to dry the wet floor. To future guests who wish to cook: the kitchen is complete, very well equipped, but I recommend that you bring your own spices, as the chalet is in a very humid region, so they leave salt and pepper but it is very difficult to use due to humidity. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay! The check-in instructions were clear and we had everything we needed for the weekend. I would definitely recommend it and I hope to return soon with my fiancé!

Me and my family love hosting! The apartment is very clean, organized, beautiful and comfortable. The place is nice and the price is fair. It's well worth it, we'll definitely be back!

The location is great, safe and very beautiful. This is the second time we have stayed at the place, Rodrigo and Joseana are always very proactive and polite to resolve any complications.

the accommodation was exactly like the photos, we had a setback with the check in but the host Aline was very helpful and quickly resolved it, the environment is beautiful, well decorated and the condominium offers structure, what bothered us in just one night of stay was the noise from the avenue in front, but nothing that devalues the experience in total.

Amazing place the Beija-Flor apartment! Very cozy, complete in structure, the hot tub is perfect and the whole apartment was impeccable! Communication with the host was great, always very requested. The location is ideal, close to downtown Gramado and Canela but away from the hustle. And every detail of the property, was very well thought out!

Maria Fernanda's property was exactly like the description and pictures. Easy to get into, great communication. They provided a recommendation for transportation to and from the airport, which was perfect. The location is right around the corner from the main street. Easy to get to good restaurants but a little noisy at night being so close. The last night, the views were spectacular and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. We wanted a place to rest and create affective memories as a family. And that's the ranch... a beautiful, blessed, charming and super cozy place. We spent a wonderful weekend surrounded by spectacular nature. The host Giovani was super attentive and careful in every detail. Our experience was perfect!! We will definitely be back!

We had a very pleasant day at Jaqueline's place. Everything was exactly as we expected. The house is extremely comfortable and the view is magnificent. In the evening we took the opportunity to drink wine and watch the movies, we woke up early to see the sunrise and have a good breakfast with some items prepared by Jaqueline herself, all very tasty. We recommend it to friends and intend to return other times.

Marcelo's home is beautiful, welcoming and made us feel like a home! Our goal was to rest, spend a few days off in the calm of the countryside, and we were able to enjoy every second! Marcelo is a host who responds very quickly, when requested. The house has a very special outdoor area, where our favorite part was to contemplate the silence of the place with the outdoor fireplace lit, taking good wines, along with our AUmigos, included in the accommodation. The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and do everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24h gatekeepers and automatic activation of the gate by the license plate (practical), and it also has a market.
