Great stay! Accurate description, nice shower, convenient location.

I stayed here with my husband and my sister/brother-in-law. We spent the weekend in Philly for a Post Malone concert. Elise's place is in a great location. We were able to walk to and from the stadium (roughly 1.3 mile walk), the neighborhood is safe, but an Uber is also just 10 min for about $20 and easy to get matched with drivers. There are many cute and highly rated restuarants within walkable distance. The apartment is spacious and there is decent privacy since the rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. We had a great time and will definitely choose this place again the next time we are in Philly.

We had a fantastic stay! they were great commutators and the place is exactly as pictured, we will definitely be back our next visit to Philly.

I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe, parking lot was right next to the building The apartment was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable best sleep I’ve had in weeks, I travel a lot. The only negative is the paid parking if you didn’t find street parking which only allowed an hourly rate up to six hours or evening flat rate which was inexpensive 12.45 but expired at 5am so if you are a late sleeper set an alarm, otherwise I love this place and definitely recommend.

This place was exceptional! The apartment was do clean and smelled amazing as soon as you walked in! Everything was as described and immaculate! George was amazing as a host. Very proactive to make sure that we were settled and had everything we needed. This location is great and very easy to get downtown on the trolley line (literally a 2 min walk). The 40th subway station is a 10 min walk. There are tons of places to eat around as well! We will definitely be trying to stay here in the future!

The space was great, spacious and clean. Street parking situation was also better than other Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at in Philadelphia.

Louis Ps house was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for myself and 2 teenagers (19 &17). The house had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The location makes it super easy to navigate the city - close to the subway, restaurants and we found it easily walkable to passyunk ave, the Italian market/south street, and broad street. We had a fantastic time in his beautiful home.

We stayed one night while visiting friends with a new baby. This is a great location in South Philly with an easily walkable neighborhood and plenty of good restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and the hosts were super responsive. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to a solo traveler or couple visiting Philly.

This place looked exactly like the pictures. The place was very clean. It is located in a quiet area. Restaurants and grocery stores were all conveniently located nearby. Check in was very easy. I enjoyed the time I stayed there. I would stay there again.

Very nice stay. The place was larger than expected and pretty comfortable. Parking nearby wasn't too difficult to find, and the host was helpful with providing instructions to check in. Great price and good food spots nearby.

Amy was proactive and easy to get in touch with. Instructions and check in were easy to understand and helpful. Apartment was clean and the shower is amazing.

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jon was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. I appreciated the clear communication and hospitality throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Other than being on the 4th floor.. my stay was great. If you have a lot of items to bring in.. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

Great place to stay for our one night stay in Philly. Very reasonably priced and clean room with comfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub was definitely a plus. Thank you for letting us stay!

Very comfortable and great location. It was an easy walk to train station and lots of great restaurants nearby. Host was very friendly and helpful. Washer and drier and nice and big too!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!

Great location in the Old City. You can walk to everything. Public transportation also close by to venture further out or head out to a sporting event. Plenty of space. AC works great. Tons of good restaurants, bars and food places open late. Highly recommend.
