The unit was very comfortable, clean, and cozy! Elise provided very clear instructions so check-in and check-out were very easy. Elise is fast and thorough in her communication. I recommend this unit and enjoyed my visit to Philadelphia!

This place was exceptional! The apartment was do clean and smelled amazing as soon as you walked in! Everything was as described and immaculate! George was amazing as a host. Very proactive to make sure that we were settled and had everything we needed. This location is great and very easy to get downtown on the trolley line (literally a 2 min walk). The 40th subway station is a 10 min walk. There are tons of places to eat around as well! We will definitely be trying to stay here in the future!

I totally love this place and it was neat peaceful. I actually live the design for this place. Area was okay for me but I definitely will come back again!

Louis Ps house was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for myself and 2 teenagers (19 &17). The house had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The location makes it super easy to navigate the city - close to the subway, restaurants and we found it easily walkable to passyunk ave, the Italian market/south street, and broad street. We had a fantastic time in his beautiful home.

My first-time Philly visit. The location is perfect, a lot of restaurants and bars around and walkable to some sightseeings. The bedroom is quiet and the apartment is also very clean. The host is very proactive to communicate. In summary, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place if your goal is to find a walkable and clean place around with restaurants and bars.

This place was amazing! They allowed us an early check in time, which was perfect because we had an earlier flight. The place was in a great location!

I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe, parking lot was right next to the building The apartment was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable best sleep I’ve had in weeks, I travel a lot. The only negative is the paid parking if you didn’t find street parking which only allowed an hourly rate up to six hours or evening flat rate which was inexpensive 12.45 but expired at 5am so if you are a late sleeper set an alarm, otherwise I love this place and definitely recommend.

Very nice stay. The place was larger than expected and pretty comfortable. Parking nearby wasn't too difficult to find, and the host was helpful with providing instructions to check in. Great price and good food spots nearby.

I love this airy bight place in Queen Village. This was my second stay and would highly recommend it.

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jon was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. I appreciated the clear communication and hospitality throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

The place was amazing. It was very clean and honestly spotless. Drelynn was very responsive. I will note that the place didn't have pots and pans for cooking though.

A perfect stay! Easy to find, super clean, comfortable bed, modern appliances, and very secure. It was walking distance from Fremont Park which was perfect for us attending a music festival that was there. Aakash was a wonderful host. He was kind, responsive, and graciously accommodated early check-in with short notice. 10/10 recommend!

Great place to stay for our one night stay in Philly. Very reasonably priced and clean room with comfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub was definitely a plus. Thank you for letting us stay!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!
