Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in South Pasadena

Janet’s place was so cozy and made us feel at home. All check in details are super clearly written out and photographed - unfortunately I missed them at first because Airbnb’s user interface made it seem like I couldn’t scroll past the door code image. Being from San Francisco, we appreciated the AC units in both the living room and bedroom. Great location and parking onsite was convenient / not too far from the unit itself. My husband and I did have to coordinate a little bit if we both wanted to be in the bathroom at the same time as it was a bit of a narrow space, but it wasn’t a huge issue at all. Would definitely recommend!

We rented this Airbnb at the last moment when the Altadena displaced my elderly mother. I wasn't optimistic about finding a nice place given the demand Airbnb was under. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Williams 2-bedroom unit in Alhambra was perfect. It's roomy, comfortably furnished, and impeccably clean. It is a first-floor unit - completely accessible for someone using a walker (including the walk-in showers). William was responsive whenever I needed to contact him, typically answering questions in minutes (during the day, of course!). The location in Alhambra is very close to main street and many, many restaurants. The apartment itself is on a quiet side street and is far enough from the road to be very quiet. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you want to be in the Pasadena/Alhambra/San Gabriel/... area.

I really loved this spot. Everything is close, great area for walking the dogs, and the place was just awesome. Nice extras such as coffee and shower supplies. Kimi was responsive and friendly, I’d recommend this spot to anyone.

Super expérience, the host is super responsive and the apartment is fantastic, bright and super clean. We will be back for sure!

The place was exactly as expected—clean, comfortable, and just right for my stay. Communication was smooth and check-in was easy. I wasn’t able to get the TV to work during my visit, but everything else went well and I still had a great experience overall. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood only 12 minutes from Rose Bowl Stadium, Anthony's home was clean and had exactly what my group needed for our quick weekend trip. Washer and dryer in unit was very helpful to have, AC throughout home, and recently renovated so the home felt clean. We didn't need food places to be walkable but it was nice that delivery apps were convenient and restaraunts/cafes were 6-10 minutes walking. Keypad entry made it easy to get in and out, and plenty of street parking for our oversized car. Would come back and stay at Anthony's.

Wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. It looked even better than the picture. Super spacious and clean- perfect for a group trip. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

You know the annoyances that can be part of the AirBnB experience? NONE of them apply here! This was a very well-appointed, well-maintained place. Bigger than the photos make it look. Great water temp and pressure. Excellent towels. Good storage for your clothes and luggage. Easy to find things in the kitchen. Wifi was fast. Easy to find extra blankets. A/C was simple to understand and worked like a charm. I slept well on the comfy mattress in this quiet neighborhood. And Kang was a fantastic host. A keeper, totally.

We really enjoyed our stay. A ton of room and a beautiful rooftop deck. Easy to find and a perfect location to check out the LA area. Would stay there again and will stay there again.,

We enjoyed staying at David's place. The unit is nice and clean and centrally located to many great restaurants and stores.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here after a challenging relocation to LA. I’ve rarely stayed anywhere which felt so well thought out and cared for, the attention to detail throughout the house made it a warm and inviting place to rest. We would highly recommend this charming, cosy home. Just be aware of the flights of stairs upwards if have lots of bags!Thank you for having us.

Very Nice Small Cottage with lots of windows, and a pretty quiet neighborhood. We didn't stay in the area much, but there were stores and food right across the street. Easy to get downtime and access freeways. Would love to stay there again!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

What a wonderful place to stay! Nearby to many restaurants, stores, and bars. The parking was easy to get into and the unit was great! Massive kitchen with everything you could need. The street the unit is on is lined with purple trees and it was so stunning. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in very early and gave us the codes right away for everything. Couldn't recommend this place more!!

Excellent location with wonderful amenities and easy access to stores and restaurants within walking distance. The stay was well worth the price!
