Superb prime central Oxford location, a *very* quiet street in the heart of Jericho behind Oxford Uni Press. Small (517ft2/48m2) late 19th century redbrick townhouse. Self-check-in from 08:00. Very clean. Large desk. Reliable broadband. Netflix. Two toilets. Pretty garden. Great local restaurants, cafés, delis. Ashmolean & Port Meadow both a short walk. Local supermarket 1m, city centre 10m. I'm a superhost with 11 years' experience, not an agent. I personally inspect before every check-in.

Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.

Only 2 adults are allowed in the property as per booking. No children or pets. Security camera facing the gate entrance of the property will be used to verify check-in (3pm onwards) and check-out (10am). No smoking or vaping inside the property. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. We CANNOT receive post nor keep items for guests.
