Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South London

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, lovely, and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable home base for our trip to London. The location was perfect, close to all the sights yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The host was incredibly flexible and worked with us to accommodate a special request, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness truly made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London and would love to stay here again in the future!

Monica’s home is a little slice of paradise in the hustle and bustle of London. Every detail was perfect from her curated art to thoughtfully designed layout. Having a morning coffee and admiring the lush backyard was one of the highlights of my week and I’ll always remember it! The added bonus of your own entrance to the park really was the cherry on top to a perfect stay. If you’re looking for somewhere that wow’s you and a host that makes you feel at home I can’t recommend Monica’s enough. Thanks for having us!

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

Alice and Charles were great hosts! Their beautiful home was a great landing spot for our family trip to London. For summertime visitors, the beautiful garden was a perfect place for breakfast and relaxing dinner after a day exploring London.

The most lovely home for our 10 day stay. Had all we needed and more. Spacious for 5 adults. Location was perfect for exploring London or staying in. Beautful English garden and outdoor spaces to relax. Host is the best! Kitchen even stocked with delicious staples to make us at home right away. My wife, 1-year-old son, nanny, and I loved our month-long stay at this charming home — truly a gem with lots of amenities and transportation nearby. The neighborhood pub (The Black Lion) is great for a pint, and Mari’s Deli on the corner became our favorite place for a morning cappuccino (tell Mario we say, “Ciao!”). This location is very walkable to just about anything in 10-15 minutes; both Chiswick High Road and Hammersmith King Street, a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, lovely parks and playgrounds, and convenient tube stops into central London. The house itself is very comfortable: cozy beds, lovely finishes, nice bathrooms, a separate washer dryer (non-the norm!), and plenty of room for three adults and a baby. Our toddler loved playing in the kitchen and garden area, and the house provided a great travel cot and high chair for our little guy.

We spent 3 and a half weeks in this lovely apartment during our trip to London. The apartment was in an excellent and vibrant location with easy access to transportation to all areas of London. It was a good size and very private. The balcony was a treat-we were able to watch the VE Day flyover from there. A great range of food outlets were close by. Communication was excellent throughout with prompt replies to any queries. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a pleasant time in London.

Venetia’s flat is absolutely adorable! Quiet neighborhood in a great location, with super easy access to restaurants, shops, and of course buses and overground trains. All three bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice linens, and the kitchen is fully outfitted. The sitting room is comfortable and light-filled, and the garden is quite lovely. The only downsides were the finicky Nespresso machine (could have been user error) and the lack of a clothes dryer (notwithstanding what the listing says). Venetia is super nice and very responsive. All in all I would definitely stay at Venetia’s flat again!

This is a gem of a property. Spacious and comfortable, and in a great location. It was perfect for our overnight trip to see Abba Voyage. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was a great 2-week stay. The apartment has everything, including a desk where I could write, a real kitchen, and lots of plants. The back yard is private and charming. I slept well, wasn't bothered by neighbors, and got to know Hackney. Alice communicates promptly and thinks ahead.

Joanne was super helpful and friendly and there to greet me on arrival and show me around her cozy home. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spotlessly clean, coffee machine excellent! Great location for the tube, shops, restaurants and I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks Joanne!!

Debbie was a great host from start to finish, super friendly and down to earth. The accommodation was great also, it had everything we needed and as described. We came to ride the local MTB trails and the location was perfect for it as well the accommodation. If your hiking you can do it straight from the accommodation to the local spots. Definitely would come back in the near future.

If you are visiting for an extended trip, Vivian’s place is a must stay! The privacy, extra space and laundry came in clutch. The streets was quiet after 11pm or so. The neighborhood was fantastic— close to two tube stops and so many delicious places to eat and drink. Our favorites — July, PaStation, and for a short tube ride to Dishoom Shoreditch!

We had a fabulous time!! Ian and Saundra were wonderful hosts! Very friendly, forthcoming, generous and helpful. The cottage was everything we wanted and had everything we needed for our 2-night stay. There is a great pub a 1-minute walk away and the cute village of Shere is just a 15-min walk away. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time and the pods were amazing, well kept and modern within a small but cute wooden frame. The area is gated and on a farm thus is lovely and peaceful, we will definitely be going back to try one of the other pods with an upstairs for our children. If you want a peaceful family get away or base this is perfect. If you like Glamping and like cute designed pods this will be perfect for you.

Mike’s place is one of the most memorable Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Tucked away behind a mansion and opposite a tennis court, the cabin is peaceful, cosy, and great value for money. It was warm, comfortable, and perfect for a quiet getaway. Finding it was a little tricky at first, so I’d recommend messaging Mike for the street number—it’ll make things much easier! Hope to be back soon—thanks again, Mike!

Christine was a very helpful host! My accountant had travelled from New Zealand and was really welcomed as she arrived. Extremely grateful to her hospitality! The house ‘cabin’ was perfect!! Self contained, views from all windows and very peaceful …. Thank you so much !

A Perfect Bank Holiday Escape – Tranquil, Welcoming, and Memorable We had a fantastic bank holiday weekend at Victoria and Daniel’s beautiful wooden cabin. From the start, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful - offering help with our bags, providing pool floats for our baby, and being on hand for anything we needed. The cabin itself was clean, cosy, and full of character, set in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. We loved the nearby canal walks and having a few great pubs just a short walk away. The garden was especially lovely, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the quiet surroundings. There were a couple of very minor things that could use a little touch-up, but nothing that took away from our experience. Overall, a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay – we’d happily return!

We had a lovely time at nick’s place, walkable to the East Putney + Putney stations. The room was comfortable for a short stay and nick + his cats were friendly and welcoming to us 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈.Hope to stay here again ☺️

I had such a lovely nights stop over. Waking to the view and sounds of the lake in the morning was just amazing and had a lovely breakfast in the cafe. Lovely hosts! Really well equipped for such a compact space. Thanks again, would love to return one day.
