Truly appreciated the little things throughout the house left for us that made the stay easier, more comfortable and felt like a home away from home.

Place was exactly as pictured and had all amenities you need. Quiet neighborhood, close to many stores and restaurants. Beautiful scenery. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Spencer’s place was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was much more spacious than the photos in the listing suggest—truly a pleasant surprise. Not only was the space beautifully designed and immaculately clean, but the views were also stunning. We traveled with our infant, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They thoughtfully provided everything we needed for our baby, including a pack ’n play, infant/toddler tub, bottle brush and drying rack, high chair, and a cozy infant lounge chair. As a bonus, there were also several card games and decks available for some fun downtime. If I ever find myself in Utah again, I won’t hesitate to book the Urban River Suite—it was a perfect stay from start to finish

We had the pleasure of meeting Lily. Her home is clean, spacious & very comfortable. It made us feel right at home. The neighborhood is beautiful, clean, quiet & we felt very safe. Restaurants & stores are close by. We look forward to our next visit.

Kevin & Staci’s place was a home away from home for us while visiting for a festival. It was clean, spacious, and had more amenities offered than most AirBNB listings that we’re accustomed to. My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! This AirBNB was just right for my one night stay to attend Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival. It was super close to the venue and not too far from the interstate. The AirBNB was clean and had the necessities. The bed was soft. I liked the modern bathroom and kitchen fixtures. The price was affordable and cheaper than a hotel I was looking at. I would stay again.

Nice clean place, exactly what we expected, and real value for money

My sister and I actually just needed a place super last minute, and this place was amazing for how last minute I was. The surroundings are super beautiful, and the place is very peaceful. The place we stayed in had 3 rooms, and a clean bathroom and kitchen! It wasn’t bad, it’s worth the last minute purchase to stay at.

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

As a Utah native returning for a visit, I can’t not speak highly enough of Trevor’s stay. The pictures were accurate to the home, it was incredibly homey and welcoming. quiet and private, but still close enough to everything major like restaurants, malls, etc (about 23 minutes away from SLC). There’s a lot of great local restaurants (highly recommend The Hash Kitchen or La Hacienda) and the Mountain View out of the living room windows were priceless. Every time I reached out to Trevor, he responded within 20 minutes, incredibly responsive as a host. Overall, would definitely stay again!!

We had a lovely stay here. The space was clean and location was perfect. Parking on site was simple, with included parking pass. Check-in was simple, though it took a few minutes to find where the front desk is located - it may help others to know that you're looking for the main entry for The Prospector. Susan was communicative and very quick to respond when we had a question.

It’s not much, but just what I needed. Easy parking and super comfortable bed. It’s basically the size of a hotel room. I was driving cross country so it was perfect for a quick overnight stop without breaking the bank.

Christie was an amazing host. Any questions I had she would respond in minutes. Great communication about an event and parking going on the day we came in as well. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our getaway to Park City, and loved that this place was right on historic Main Street. We really appreciated the clear description and check-in instructions and Robert was very responsive and proactive.
