It's located in a nice, safe and family oriented neighborhood. It's completely above ground which brings lots of natural light inside. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a full kitchen with a living space. It has a private entrance around the back of the home. Our street is a very quiet cul-de-sac.
