We booked at the last minute, and despite that, everything was absolutely perfect: an apartment of impeccable cleanliness, no speck of dust, everything was fine and consistent with the photos. But that's not all! The apartment is located in a super secure residence, absolutely quiet and ideally located, accessible to everything. Sherifs apartment has been a safe haven for me and my boyfriend, as we studied at AUC in Cairo for the last six months. The neighborhood(Al Munira) is authentic and has a buzzling atmosphere with local shops and good restaurants - and the nicest people, who made my exchange in Egypt very special! Sherifs family lives downstairs, and they have helped me and my boyfriend multiple times, e.g. when we locked ourselves out or just needed some help with navigating Egypt. They made us feel at home, and our time in Egypt would never have been so meaningful and special if it weren't for them. They also invited us to join them at iftar during ramadan. If there was anything we needed, Sherif was very quick at providing it for us. He gave us extra kitchen- and cleaning supplies and helped us with the complicated process of applying for a visa in Egypt. Overall he has been such a great host, and we are truly grateful for his hospitality. we are definitely going back to Cairo and staying here.

Our stay here was extremely pleasant. Haytham was a great host and was very responsive. We had no issues and everything went as smoothly as possible. Haytham went above and beyond with catering to our toddler by providing us with a play pen for her to sleep in and a stroller too. All included with no extra costs. The only minor complaint is that the master bedroom’s shower was inconsistent with the water temperature, so we mostly showered in the other bathroom, which was fine. And also there is a slight ant problem, so just be very diligent about putting food away as soon as you’re done, and wiping counters and tables. Overall, we were very satisfied with all of the amenities and services by the host. Would definitely recommend this place!!

if you are going to visit Cairo, I absolutely recommend to stay in this lovely studio! I will definitely be coming back to enjoy the green hassle free neighborhood. The host and the housekeeper who handed us the keys were super helpful and responsive. I also felt safe walking around the district in comparison to other areas in Cairo :)

Karim is a very professional, generous, respectful and responsive host. Its a pleasure dealing with him. He goes the extra mile for the comfort of his guests, I had a small problem with the guest AC, and other very minor things, same day he sent his assistant and by the following day everything was taking care of, not only that, when I asked for something I need in the kitchen I was surprised that he ordered it from Amazon for next day delivery. Truly, I cant thank him enough for what he did. For sure this wont be the last time. I don’t want to forget talking about his place, it truly feels like home! And also the Fire stick which is rare to find in other homes!! Thank you, Karim for hosting me!

A nice stay at the brother Mohammed's and everything is as shown in the pictures and better and the value for the apartment is very suitable and he was very helpful with us and helps you with anything you need, but a simple note if there is an elevator in the building, it will be better because the apartment is on the third floor and otherwise everything is nice, a safe location for families

This is a homestay that is truly your home away from home. We received a warm welcome by the host. The house was cosy and spotless clean. We really appreciate the minimalist but functional kitchen. We stayed during Eid and we were able to cook our usual festive dishes in the well equipped kitchen. The host thought it all - the kitchen was equipped from the pots, casseroles down to kitchen towels. The host is contactable and very responsive. We stayed in Egypt for 2 weeks, at 4 different places and this is by far the best one.

We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

I want to sincerely thank Shady for being such a wonderful host. His property is truly special and absolutely amazing – everything was perfect from start to finish. All the appliances worked flawlessly, including the air conditioning, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, electric cooker, dishwasher, and refrigerators. The compound itself is very secure, giving a strong sense of safety and peace of mind throughout my stay. The restaurants at Hydeout are also worth mentioning – they’re exceptional, with a unique atmosphere and delicious food. Overall, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. Ghada and Noha were phenomenal hostesses! I booked rather early to ensure I could get the house. They were extremely attentive, communicative and responsive to many emails for months. They even had their driver meet me to exchange keys coming and going on my timeline. Awesome space, clean, TV, Wifi and full kitchen. Awesome place!
