Good stay, clean, and convenient location — as described!

The apartment was perfect for 2 people. The outdoor area was beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed watching the squirrels play each morning and evening. There were shaded areas or full sun areas to sit, whatever we preferred. The location was walkable to all shops and restaurants. We will be back. We were blessed with this stay!

Colleen was great. Quick to communicate and even answered questions about the area for a Goosechase my group had as a part of our conference. She was awesome when I realized I left a bag behind and had to go back to get it.

My wife, toddler, our pup and me needed a relaxing weekend getaway in the Douglas/Saugatuck area and this was perfect! Very charming, great location, clean, and super responsive and proactive hosts! We’d love to come back!

A perfect spot for a visit to Kalamazoo walking distance to bars, breweries, & shops. Nice & clean. Larger than expected. Would recommend

Kaydee’s place is a great stay! The main thing I noticed was how clean everything was. The bed was super comfy and we had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is really gorgeous and downtown is easily walkable. Kaydee was very welcoming and hospitable, I can’t recommend enough.

Booked a little wine weekend with my girlfriend and this spot was a perfect place to stay for that, close to everything we wanted to do and see, place was clean and spacious and very quiet at night, couple of fun bars downtown of this area as well, everyone was friendly

We had an awesome stay! The place was perfect for our group of 8—plenty of space, and the hot tub and pool table made it even better. The hosts were super accommodating with checkout, which we really appreciated. Would definitely book again!

Love this quaint house on the lake. We’ve stayed two summers now and call it the lake house. Love the views of the lake and the big back porch.

Beautiful house, we loved the outdoor screened in patio. The hot tub was amazing and the entire place was clean inside. Great new appliances and all amenities you might need (hair dryer, zip loc bags, coffee pods). One suggestion for improvement would be to add some curtains or blinds, especially in the lower bedroom as light came in early in the morning. Responsive host and excellent location! Would love to stay again!

This is our second time staying at one of Joshua's properties in Saugatuck -- such a great location! An easy walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away from the downtown area for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We were able to check in early, which we really appreciated, and the space was clean and cozy. Joshua was very communicative and made us feel comfortable. We'll be back again next year!

My husband and I wanted to spend a few days with our adult sons, and Jamie's place was recommended by a friend. Uncle Larry's Lake House is gorgeous and spacious! The entire house was pristine and smelled so good! We have stayed at Airbnbs before and had to buy many of our own supplies. This house is stocked with anything you might need except for your own food. lol. Communication with Jamie was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and carefree. We will definitely stay again, and I highly recommend her 2 places to everyone. Thank you, Jamie!

Great stay for exploring saugatauk! So close to beaches. Kitchen had all the tools we needed and home was comfortable and cool!

Great stay for an our group of 7! Plenty of shared space to hang out, bathrooms for getting ready and supplies in the kitchen for cooking at home. Check-in was flexible and smooth! A nice 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown South Haven. We had a lovely stay.

Let me begin by saying we can’t wait to stay again. The location was absolutely amazing, particularly if you, like us, adore sunsets. We enjoyed the walk to the beach which is on the property and found the sunsets breathtaking. The beach is beautiful and allowed us to walk three miles. The unit was very clean and had what we needed. We were able to cook in two nights and enjoy a Saugutuck restaurant one evening. Patricia was very communicative and was prompt in responses to questions. We simply could not have enjoyed a better stay. We look forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach and grocery stores as well as a quick ride into downtown South Haven. The neighborhood was peaceful to walk through. The pool was a great! We hope to stay there again soon.

Carol and Sam are great hosts. The condo is modern and very nicely decorated. The view of the Black River is fabulous. The condo has everything I needed to make my stay a pleasure. The location is probably the best in South Haven. Many excellent restaurants and shops within easy walking distances.

Great place, great location, easy to walk almost everywhere. The private beach was great. Patio and pool were well maintained and peaceful. Only downside is lots of stairs but really great place would stay there again for sure.

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

Really enjoyed our stay. Melanie was responsive and checked in on us to see how are stay was going and if we needed anything. She explained everything so well beforehand that we didn’t need any help. She was a fantastic host and the place was great. Definitely recommend and would go back!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our short 2 night midweek stay here. Excellent location that is close to the beach and downtown Saugatuck. The heated pool and gas fire pits were really nice after we got back from a day of exploring the area. Isabel’s was just a short walk across the parking lot - great bakery, coffee shop, and market with unique foodie options. We would love to come back here.
