Deyao’s place was great. Location is wonderful and is about a 8-10 min drive from the pier. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to a big park 2 houses down. My dog enjoyed his morning walks. Plenty of kids playing in the playground, basketball courts, and tennis courts. The home itself is a duplex and is shared with tenant. They are very respectful and the Gentleman that we met gave us some really good recommendations. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the day bed in the living room was cozy, the kitchen had everything we could need (organized and labeled) and the bed felt like it was from a hotel. I liked how you the home had 3 different entrances so you could still have your “side” of the lot to enjoy. Would recommend this place to stay at if you are in Oceanside. Thank you Deyao! (Try the Cali burrito from La Perla Tapatia if you want amazing authentic Mexican food down the street)

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location and hosts were had good communication. Parking was readily available out front and check in and out was very easy.

Our stay was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was cloudy and cool so we didn’t get to see the highlight of the sunset from the balcony. Otherwise, everything was great. The home was stocked with everything a family could possibly need. The decor is cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The location is very convenient. We weren’t expecting cold weather but we were only about 10 minutes from Walmart, Target, Ross, and Burlington coat factory where we shopped around for sweats and hoodies. There are also plenty of food chains nearby. I would love to book again.

Anthony's place was great! He and Amanda were super communicative and the place was easy to get into and was exactly as described. We had a great stay. If you are unfamiliar with the Carlsbad area, as we are, there are a couple of helpful things to know: - there is quite a bit of street noise as the home is directly on the street across from the Pacific. - the beach directly across the street from the house is at the bottom of a bluff - there are quite a few stairs to climb down in order to reach the beach/water. - there is no beach across the street at high tide - the water comes all the way up to the bluff - there are great beaches about a half mile either direction from the home that are easier to access. None of this would have changed our decision to stay, but would've been good to know if we were more familiar with the area. Overall great stay, at the home was very well laid out for my elderly Mother with all amenities on the first floor and not stairs to enter the home.

What an outstanding stay we had. The home had a beautiful yard, was quiet, cozy, and comfortable, and had everything we needed and more! Bob and Kim were great at communicating and made us feel right at home. Loved the decor and all the thoughtful extras!

The place was great, along with the wonderful location and great communications. We only had a few issues, had to switch the breakers to get the living room stuff along with wifi working, the discolored bath tub, the mold stained washing machine and the sticky kitchen floor. Those were only minor things (which we discussed with the co-host/maid/Nadia) to the great stay we had! Thank you Melisa and Nadia!! Will stay here again!!!

It is a perfect place if you're looking to make a quick trip to Oceanside. We only stayed for a night and half a day, but it was perfect for what we needed, a place to sleep and quick access to downtown to attend celebrations with friends. Betsy was super communicative and friendly, no issues whatsoever.

Our son was the primary guest at this property while he interned at a local law office. We were able to leave him and return to Texas feeling very comfortable with his accommodations. Location was perfect, centrally located, close to village dining and shopping as well as walk to the beach. He enjoyed his time and looks forward to another visit. Thank you so much for the amazing communication and well kept property.

I loved the location, we could walk to coffee in the morning. A few great food options are close. The kitchen was fully equipped for anyone wanting to cook, we didn't because the food choices were too good in the area.

We stayed at Christie’s apartment for two stays during a one week trip. Both stays were overall pleasant . Very nice view from the front balcony where you are able to see both the ocean and sunset, you are also able to hear the waves crash at night. Nice interior with plenty of space for two remote workers. Nice coffee shops within a walkable distance for lunch breaks and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were also many great restaurants within a few minutes drive of the apartment and a mall in Carlsbad 15 minutes away with many retailers. The only issue I ran into with our stays is one neighbor two houses down was rather hostile towards parking near her property, although it’s public street parking. Overall, I would stay again, I would just make it a point to park on the other side of the road.

Condo was easy to find, instructions were clear and simple to get it. Condo itself was clean and felt right at home. It's in a great location walking distance to Omni La Costa resort which has great food and drinks and a great golf course. Would definitely book again the next time I'm in San Diego.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to visit my son, who is currently serving in the Marines. We were both able to rest deeply in a big, soft, comfortable bed something we hadn’t shared in a long time. The house had everything we needed; if I needed something from the kitchen, it was there. Nothing was missing. I was able to cook for him, we shared a beach day, and for a few days, it felt like we were home again. It was a safe, cozy, and truly special place. I’m deeply grateful for this week and for the joy of spending it with my son. 5 stars without a doubt! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe stay full of heart.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Nick was a great host! He let us check in early to get settled, was communicative and helpful, and the apartment was everything we were looking for. I loved the location as it is very close to downtown Oceanside while still in a peaceful neighborhood. I felt very secure with the courtyard and loved the coffee shop right across the street. I would recommend staying here and plan on staying here again the next time we come down!

Our second stay here was Wonderful! So close to the beach and downtown Oceanside! Also, a fully stocked garage full of bikes, water toys and everything you could ever need.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful.
