Another great stay at this house! Love the location, very clean throughout, has everything you would need and more. We spent most of our time in covered outdoor area which has lots of seating options, the pool/hot tub is perfect! The only small issue we had was the door to the pool does not lock securely, therefore adding a safety risk if you have young children. It needs to have an added safety lock on top or something to that nature.

We had a fantastic stay! The beach was just a short walk away and so easy to access, which made our days relaxing and stress-free. The private pool was a huge hit—our kids were entertained for hours, and it gave us plenty of time to unwind. Christopher was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he truly cares about his guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay if you are heading to a BAESBALL game or an EVENT at RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM ! This is the PERFECT spot ! An easy walk

Cozy little place, well decorated and clean. Bed was comfy. The pull out bed was good enough for my 6 yr old, but would recommend bringing a pillow for it if you’re going to use it. There isn’t one in the room for it unless you use the main bedroom pillows. We beached most of the time and didn’t watch TV, but if we wanted to the couch wasn’t comfy for lounging around. We loved the balcony though! The only “complaint” would be all the coffee supplied was decaf and it was a shock the first morning after getting in super late. So, bring your own coffee just in case. Host was super helpful when there was any other issues. Very kind and accommodating! Plus they supplied plenty of TP and PT, beach towels and towels. Can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time we've been able to book this home and if it's available I will book it again when we return. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The trails go along the Hillsborough River where you can see all the fun Florida birds. The accommodations are fantastic. It is clear the hosts care about details, including fluffy towels and sample shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. I also appreciate the water pressure and quickness of the hot water tank to heat the water in the shower. This kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are beach towels to use for the pool, as well comfortable deck chairs and floats. The hosts were very responsive, and asked if they could come over to clean the pool after an unusually heavy rain. Our family would love to stay there again when we visit Tampa.

We had a great vacation at Mel’s place! We liked the amenities - putting green, shuffle board, pool, tennis courts, and pickle ball. Mel was great with communication and attentive when we needed him. Also, quick to respond. The condo had everything we needed. Only thing we would change is sharper knives. They were pretty dull for cooking/cutting up stuff. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The condo was just what we were looking for. The kitchen was equipped with the basics and the view was wonderful. Tamara was friendly, responsive, and a great host. Would stay at her place again!

Robert was a great host! Lots of great local recommendations. His place was extremely clean and had everything you could need. Well stocked with essentials. Close to Indian Shores Beach and Clearwater Beach. Had chairs, umbrella and cooler to use at the beach, great amenity!! You won’t be disappointed!! Highly recommend to stay at Roberts place and we plan to be back soon!!

We had an amazing stay at this adorable mid-century retreat! The decor was stylish and nostalgic, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring our favorite beach spot. Our hosts were great about communicating and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back.

Staying a this Airbnb on Anna Maria island was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach, where we spent our mornings. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The private pol was a dream-crystal clear and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It truly felt like our own personal oasis. What really made the experience stand out was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, beachside retreat with all the comforts at home- and then some- this is the place. Anytime we travel to this island this is the first place I will check to see if it is available.

I would definitely stay here again and again. We were delighted. Everything was very clean. The house is beautiful and very cozy. Jennifer is a lovely person, very attentive to everything and pleasant. If you're planning on going to the beach and staying in an Airbnb, do it here because this house is perfect for the occasion.🥰♥️

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

We spent a relaxing weekend at this lovely Airbnb and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. Very responsive owners and the place/location meet just what we were looking for!

We really enjoyed Stephanie’s place! We normally stay in an oceanfront condo, but decided to change it up this year! We are glad we did! We had so much room for the 8 of us! The home was sparkling clean upon arrival and we had everything we needed during our stay, from beach towels, beach chairs, toilet paper and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook. It is located in a quiet neighborhood only 5 minutes from Madeira Beach. Thank you for allowing us to use your home! We will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sheila's place! The location was perfect, close to everything. Sheila was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, answering all our questions promptly. We highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely worth it. We spent time on Manatee Beach, had great dinners at the Ugly Grouper, Anna Maria’s Oyster House and Marina Jacks which was more upscale. The house was super clean and very comfy. Last eve was spent in pool and hot tub. Also owners were responsive to any requests. i would recommend this place and stay again myself. We also rented a catamaran 3 hour tour 😉 at Kathleen D’s. very nice.

We stayed at this wonderful home for my daughter’s graduation from Eckerd College, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is unbeatable—literally right across the street from the Eckerd College, which made everything so convenient. The house itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and such a relaxing space for our family to enjoy some downtime. Nan, our host, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel so welcome, and by the end of our stay, I truly felt like I had made a friend. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Eckerd or looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay in the St. Pete area!

Solen was an amazing host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She even brought us a brand-new can opener when we needed one! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Great place, we enjoyed the house so much, my wife and I really enjoyed it but our 15 yr old dog got a post vacation depression after being at this house. He was so happy and so were we. Great location, the house has everything you need to disconnect and enjoy few days by the pool. Andrew is a very quick responsive host. Perfect place, perfect days!

The house was really great as were the hostesses. There were a few things like the air having to be set to 73 and no lower that seemed a bit odd for a summer day in Florida, but there were a ton of ceiling fans that helped keep things cool. The back yard and pool were a perfect little escape and it was a quick uber ride to some nice restaurants. If you want to be walking distance to the beach/water this may not be what you are looking for but Siesta Key is still less than a 20 minute car ride. Overall I would definitely stay with this group again. Instructions were clear and responsiveness/attentiveness was on point!

We recently wrapped up an AMAZING stay at The Lobster Beach Bungalow. Everything was as described- charming ‘old Florida’ feel and close proximity to the beach (50 steps). It felt like a miniature resort. We got to meet other vacationers staying at the other bungalows, which was pretty cool. We were even able to enjoy the pool on a day where the gulf waters were a little rougher. There are a lot of eateries within walking distance. We tried a different coffee shop every morning- yum! The bungalow itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen had we could have desired should we have decided to eat in. Too many yummy local eateries for that for us though! We also loved being able to have our fur babies with us, as no vacation is complete without our whole family. We look forward to returning next year with some extended family to experience this peaceful paradise. Thank you, Liz, for creating a place that feels like home away from home!
