Beautiful romantic place. If you're looking for something in the woods, by the water, this is absolutely perfect. The house is really big, comfortable, well-equipped. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. BBQ grill ready on the deck, overlooking the water from the bedrooms. Very helpful host. We loved it here and would definitely recommend.

The stay was excellent! The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for 8 people. The layout across two floors is very practical, and the location is peaceful and close to nature. It was the most peaceful and quiet accommodation I've ever experienced in all the Airbnb accommodations. We came to Cesky Krumlov after sightseeing in Prague, where we stayed for 2 nights. I was captivated by the serene lakeside walks every morning and the golden sunset every evening. Thanks to this accommodation, I wanted to come to the Czech Republic again. The newly built building, the beautiful scenery, and all the amenities were great during my stay. I was worried because there were no reviews, but we said it was our second stay. I recommend it. However, we may have been free because we rented a car. Thank you for Martin and Erica's kindness and response!

The house is in a very beautiful location and is equipped with everything you need. Especially the wood-burning stove makes the living room very comfortable in winter. The contact with Petr was very kind and uncomplicated. I'm sure we'll be back.

Lukáš's accommodation was one of the absolute highlights of our family's 4-month trip around Europe. Having spent lots of time in cities, it was such a treat to spend time surrounded by nature and without any other people around. The nearby lakes were frozen, which was a novelty for this Australian family, and we loved the frost on the grass in the surrounding hills. The house is very cosy, thanks to heating and carpets, and has everything you need. Lukáš was very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. We loved it our spontaneous New Year's Eve trip here!

Great place to recreate. Large back yard to play outdoor social games. The space was very above standard for me. (board games, outdoor games, basic kitchen utensils, fire pit and grill with wood,...) Communication with the Owner could not have been better. Definitely recommend.

Nice and quiet place to stay. We felt like privacy even though there are other houses around. It was equipped with everything needed and a lot of extra things. Suitable for larger groups and families. Covered deck with BBQ and fire pit. Definitely recommended! I hope to have the opportunity to come back someday. :)

The place was very great. The house is very large and the garden also offers many possibilities. The equipment of the house is excellent. Nothing happened. Communication with the host and check-in was also straightforward and hassle-free. I would love to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation.

We felt like at home. Our 1.5 year old loved all the toys and the yard. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Also liked that one bedroom and the main bathroom were downstairs for those that have hard time with stairs. We contacted the hosts repeatedly and they immediately responded and were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place, especially if you have small kids!

We had a great stay. Right behind the house you can take a path into the forest or take a turn and walk towards the lake. The place is great and the surrounding beautiful.
