Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in South Bay

An overall nice experience! The home is in a safe neighborhood and near to many tourist spots. Glad to use the garage that comes with the home, solved our headaches with parking!

The place is great. We felt very comfortable here. Terry is very accommodating.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jordon place is very clean and well equipped.Great kitchen with all you would require. In a great location with subway stations very close and also bus services.Does not have air con and was quite warm at times.The plane noise is somewhat loud but didn’t worry me.The area is very working class but felt safe.All in all good value for the money Thanks for the stay Jordon

Manuel was a great host, he was responsive and helped us w any issues. The place was located to a grocery store and many great restaurants. It has nice amenities and was neat and tidy.

Anna was so sweet. People do rent out the front house, so only twice was parking a little eh, but the place and Anna were great! Super easy to get to with her instructions. She was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend

The place is in a great spot. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. If you’re a super early sleeper there’s some noise from the nearby restaurants and bars. But they really quiet down at a reasonable time. We had no issues. The parking spot as we understood it won’t fit a full size suv width wise. There should be street parking. But double check with the host of you have a big car. The bed was a bit soft for me but every one prefers different mattresses. Great host. Very responsive.

Nice well appointed apartment. We stayed four night and it was very comfortable for my daughter and I. Lots to like about this unit, the parking and laundry especially was super helpful. Communication from Orange Door was excellent. Would gladly stay again.

Absolutely perfect stay!!! Loved the cleanliness and privacy of the room. The room was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Hosts were amazing and always responsive. Also loved that there were 2 laundry rooms provided. Highly recommend!

The house is as described! It served it's purpose It's centrally located to Long Beach and Los Angeles. It's a Walmart and Dollar Tree with in a 3-5 minute drive. We were there to see Cali for the weekend before boarding a Carnival Cruise. Loved that they provided Laundry soap. They also let us drop our luggage off before check in. That allowed us to go sight see and shop with out the fear of the car being broken in.

Javier’s place was amazing. I was skeptical about doing the whole guest house thing but honestly I couldn’t tell the difference! Will definitely be staying again when I come back to LA.

We loved our stay at Sol Haus and our host Jennifer was incredible helpful and very responsive. We absolutely loved the home and the location was perfect for our family! The amenities are great and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated it being pet-friendly!! We can’t wait to return for another stay!

John took us in when we lost our house in the palisades fire. I’ll never forget the kindness he showed us at this difficult time. His home made us feel at home. It was safe, neat and right in the heart of Manhattan beach. This is a 10/10 and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you John for your kindness and allowing us into your wonderful home. We had a blast

The place was amazing, clean, I felt at home, the area was nice, this was my first time at an airbnb the only thing I wish I could change is me having to leave because I wanted to stay. lol Convenient to my travel to Long Beach & Hollywood. We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to rent, great host, very quiet and nice

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

Apartment was great, stayed there with my family of 5, just big enough to make it work.
