Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South America

This house is lovely and the view is gorgeous. We spent much of our time on the porch enjoying the pool, hot tub and view. I highly recommend some time relaxing at the house. Fabian was very helpful in planning excursions. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of hot water! We also were grateful for enough seating for everyone in our party both outside and in the living room. We did have a 1 year old with us and that was challenging in the layout of the house but we made it work. Highly recommend this house and this area. So much to do! Do the daytime Mangrove tour and guided MA park tour. Pura Vida!

I’ve had to take some time to fully articulate the experience we had. To put it simply, the photos do not do the home justice. The staff is just amazing. We had never been to Montezuma, and, what an amazing town. We had been to Costa Rica before, and if you’re looking for an authentic experience with people you trust, do yourself a favor and stay here. The home speaks for itself. It’s such a special place. Skip the popular & tourist towns and visit here. Amazing.

What a great central place to stay in Getsemaní. We made a last minute booking here and it was great that we were able to drop off our bags with the cleaning crew until the check-in time. When we checked in, the home was well maintained and clean. Being able to walk to restaurants and shops was really convenient. Plus, the action is literally at your doorstep. If you’re sensitive to noise late at night (past 11pm), they did include earplugs. (We slept just fine without them) I would definitely stay here again over a condo in Bocagrande!

Cláudio e Clarice, são ótimos anfitriãos, muito educados e atenciosos, amamos a casa muito confortável e aconchegante a casa bem localizada, tem bastante doméstico pra ser utilizados, fui muito bem recebido, me senti em casa e com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Don't think twice... book this stay! The outdoor space is gorgeous, peaceful, and very private. Inside was very clean and had everything we needed. Brett, the host, was very responsive, kind, and flexible with our check in/check out times. I'm so glad I booked this home. It made our vacation magical!

Everything was great! The hosts were great communicating and checking in on us throughout our stay. They also gave us a ton of reccomendations. The location is amazing for exploring the town and different restaurants/beach clubs. It is within walking distance to a ton of places. Its right in the center of the island as well so its super quick driving to any side of the island etc. The only recommendation I have is to get some good bug spray. You want to leave the doors/windows open for airflow and the mosquito's were really bad when we went (which I have that issue in general, they just eat me up, my husband didn't get bit too badly) but I would reccomend getting some sort of mosquito repellent or bug catcher bags etc. to place in the house. The bedroom has the A/C unit, we were very comfortable sleeping at night. It was a great experience overall!! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a more local feel/vibe for your stay!

O lugar é incrível! Carita nos recebeu e foi super simpática e carinhosa. O lugar é incrível. Realmente um refúgio em meio a Patagônia. Acesso fácil ao circuito Chico(que fica exatamente ao lado) 20 min do centrinho de Bariloche, e paisagens incríveis. Recomendo muito!

Está en excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. El lugar es cómodo y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena. Lo recomiendo.

Daniel’s place was amazing, beautifully decorated with a super stylish touch. He responded immediately to any questions we had. There are many delicious places to eat nearby, and we felt very safe staying there to be Bogotá. The only small issue was that we needed to store our luggage for a bit longer after checkout since our flight was at night, but it wasn’t possible. Still, our stay was excellent, and we definitely recommend Daniel’s place!

Estimado equipo de Airbnb, Quería compartir con ustedes mi experiencia durante mi estadía en su propiedad del 23 al 27 de mayo. En general, todo estaba muy limpio y organizado, lo cual aprecio mucho. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes que me gustaría mencionar para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes: 1. Tuve que contactar al anfitrión para solicitar bolsas de basura, lo cual podría haberse prevenido dejando varias bolsas accesibles para su uso. 2. Sería útil tener toallas extra disponibles, para facilitar el cambio sin tener que solicitarlo. 3. Noté que la parte de arriba del lavabo del baño tiene un problema de que estánca el agua se y dificulta el uso, especialmente al ordenar mi bolsita de maquillaje ya que se mojo toda😭 Agradezco su atención a estos detalles y espero que puedan considerarlos para mejorar la experiencia de los próximos huéspedes. Gracias por su atención y por la hospitalid

Beautiful apartment with stunning views, and close to the airport. Jeannet is super responsive and also sent us lots of recommendations for things to do.

This apartment satisfied all of our needs. The security guards were very attentive. The location was perfect, close to the best mall in Pereira. Close to the best restaurants and night clubs. The people from the town were every friendly and safe. In general a very safe location, the apartment was beautiful and clean. The bed and couch were very comfortable and modern. They provided coffee which was very nice to have on the patio with a beautiful view.

This place was great and the host was super helpful and responded promptly. Definitely would recommend

This was quite literally the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The place was absolutely pristine, very well decorated, smelled amazing, and had every possible amenity you could need. I was very impressed with the set up and how luxurious the is place felt, extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and high quality towels for bath and pool. Will definitely only stay in Andre’s places in Cartagena if they hold this top of the line standard. Also if you need to wash/dry clothes this place has brand new washer/dryer which is rare for Colombia.

Our family loved this airbnb . Very relaxing peaceful location . Especially enjoyed the private outdoor shaded space with hammock and our own pool . Well equipped kitchen , comfortable beds , daily cleaning services . Would recommend without hesitation . Thank you Alvaro !

Beautiful apartment and beautiful views of the city especially at night. Not having AC wasn't even a problem there are plenty of fans and windows with a cool breeze coming in from being up to high.

El depto muy bonito, vale la pena principalmente por las vistas pero quizás en relación precio calidad está alto. La atención muy buena. Para turistas seguro es algo util por la ubicación tan céntrica.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. My fiance and I had the best stay ever! It’s conveniently close to the beach and restaurants. The pool is great and the condo was always clean. I really appreciated the hosts willingness and ability to accommodate for both early check in and late check out. We will definitely be coming back!
